"If you don't mind seating yourself, and ordering your food at a back counter. Not sure why they take reservations and there is no one to greet and seat you, explain the menu, take your order or otherwise provide any customer service beyond bringing your food to the table. Place is more for a younger crowd. Very loud. Drinks are expensive, but strong. Food was eh, except for the Tiki Banana Rum Cake, that was delish"

"I was going to bite my tongue and keep this to myself, but I’ve decided against that. I came here Sunday evening for dinner and was immediately turned off by a complete lack of kind service. The hostess that seated us didn’t even give a smile or anything. No worries there, it happens. Maybe it’s just an off day. Then, we sit at our table for just about 15 minutes and get no help. Not any help, no check in from any staff, not even a “we’ll be with you shortly”. NOTHING. At this point I just want some food and would rather go somewhere a bit faster. We get up to leave, as no one has been over to help us, and just as we walk out we hear “-and don’t come back!” from someone inside.Is there a chance it was directed at someone/something else? Sure. Why not. But that mixed with the COMPLETE lack of service was completely uncalled for. I absolutely do not and will not recommend this place ever again.We used to come here all the time, so we’ll miss the food but we absolutely will not miss the atmosphere."

"A fantastic spot for delicious American food! The service was excellent, and the decor captures the essence of a 1950s American diner. The onion rings and appetizers were both crispy and flavorful. The spicy burger was a treat, with a sauce that added an extra layer of flavor. The meat patty was well-seasoned, and I loved the cheese they used. However, I had requested a medium burger, and it came out a bit overcooked. Despite that, it was still enjoyable. For dessert, we had a cookies and cream shake that was absolutely scrumptious—perfectly balanced in consistency and sweetness. I can't wait to return!"

However, the bar service was slow and the espresso martini was disappointing as it was served at room temperature. Despite these issues, I would still return to this restaurant."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"I spent about $19 for Grilled Cage Free Chicken at Urban Plates. The food was prepared quickly and was not as fresh or tasty as other restaurants. It was the worst meal I have had this past year. My first thought after the cashier handed me my bag was, whyis it so light given how much I paid for it? At home, when I opened the bag, it had a questionable quantity of Chicken, horriblycooked Brussels sprouts, and a slice of garlic bread with a small patch of garlic smeared on one side. The fries on the sidewere good but less. The food was not cooked properly. It tasted like leftovers from the refrigerator that were thrown into anoven without any seasoning or spices added to them. After tasting Brussels sprouts, I realized that they must have been made forcows, not humans since they were so unappetizingly raw and unseasoned! Basically, I got what you could get from a fast-foodjoint for $5 less than this place charges?at least at McDonald's or Burger King, I can get something that doesn't make me wantto gag every time I look at it!"

"my guilty pleasure after shopping at santana row!! The cakes are beautiful and tasty…But the things I love the most there are the pastries! Creme Feuillette, Chocolate Brioche, napolean slices, and almond croissants (with custard inside! are a few of my favorites there. I usually buy the pastries to-go and will heat it up very briefly later on in the toaster oven, it’s the best!! Oh, and their sandwiches are very good too. There’s always a line on weekends, it moves fairly quickly but there is always that ONE customer who has questions about every single piece of cake. As far as beverages, I always thought their coffee is JUST OKAY. I don’t usually order tea there because I don’t think it’s worth 2 dollars for a cup of hot water and a tea bag."

"my fiancée and I made a reservation at opentable at grazies to celebrate our jubilee. we have specified this on our reservation, but the restaurant does not look at it and does not ask when they welcome it. the service was in order – the only problem that we had was that we both did not ask for any ice in our water, but the server gave me water with ice. I cannot have an ice cream because of a medical condition that makes me cold when I drink cold water. eating was worse than we remember when we first visited a year ago. the brot crumbled, the suppe was tasteless, and the cajun pasta had a charred taste, but no cajun taste. as one of their special, the portion size and taste were very disappointing. my pesto pasta was good, but only because it is hard to melt pesto, but the pasta nudels were tasteless. we will not go back when food quality changes. they offer many possibilities, but quality compared to quantity is more important."

"I've only been here twice. The first time was better, I got a Cajun grilled Chicken wrap, wasn't spicy at all, not much flavor period TBH. Still got the job done. The second time I tried the Jerk Chicken wrap, no bueno. I don't know what their house made jerk sauce was supposed to taste like because I didn't taste anything. It was super liquidity and runny and drippy, just wet and didn't taste like anything. I will say it's better for you than fast food, I mostly tasted the ton of lettuce in the wrap folds and tomato more than anything else. I would say give it a try if you want. I probably won't be going back unless it's to buy one of my favorite chips that are hard to find. Mama Zuma's Revenge, those are hot and have flavor ."

"GOOD FOOD BUT OLD BUILDING let me just say the food here is so good. The right seasoning and good portion. What I don’t appreciate is the smell of this place and how old it looks inside. I do think this place has been open for a long time so maybe it time they remodel or renovate it. MY ONLY ADVICE IS TO CALL IN AND HAVE YOUR FOOD TO GO AT THIS LOCATION. Which is the best things since their food is good. I have tried their fish and shrimp which was a 10/10 for me. Fish tacos 10/10 as it was a little burned since their waiter said it good when the fish is like that and I totally agreed. I also had their Philly steak which was 4/10 to my liking. It was missing the flavor and seasoning but as far as other food. Their salad is okay super basic fries were fluffy and good . Overall People really seemed to enjoy their meal. FOOD DOES TAKE A WHILE TO COME OUT. We waited for our food for a while which I wasn’t happy about. In the future, I will be going to others location."

"The staff is always considerably polite and attentive. It makes my lunches here more pleasant than anywhere else I could go. I previously reviewed and criticized a part of their process when ordering from the phone app for Dine-In. That seems to have been since corrected and improved upon. The staff seems to always know my full order even when bringing me parts of the order early. Other than the incredible service, the food is amazing!! I feel healthy eating here. Everything is always very well cooked and prepared. Best part is it tastes GREAT!!! Highly recommend this spot!"

"Every meal at Alfredo's is a delight! The fettuccine with shrimp, scallops, sun-dried tomatoes, and other ingredients in a light cream sauce was absolutely delicious. The tiramisu was heavenly—light as a feather and delicately flavored with coffee, chocolate, and a hint of liquor (rum or brandy, perhaps?). Regardless, the tiramisu was simply scrumptious!"
