"Menu: Covers beef, fish, pasta, vegetarian, fowl (even quail! . Plenty of choices making it a difficult decision. Ambiance: seating both outside in. Our table on the patio offered the incomparable view of the canyon. Service: just right attentive, helpful but respectful of our meal enjoyment. Quality: Wonderful! Many establishments fall down in this dimension when the location is a draw not the case at all here. A medium rare prime rib was perfectly cooked, accompanied by creamy garlic mashed potatoes. The trout was fantastic, accompanied by coconut rice. Bar service was perfect, too no watered down drinks here. Value: Tops!!"

The food won't blow you away, but that's okay cause the view will. They were out of baked potatoes which I thought was ironic. View menu

Excellent service, beautiful views (even from inside), spectacular food, tasty drinks! Highly recommend the prime rib (honestly one of the BEST I’ve ever had) with the garlic mashed potatoes. The I’m Your Huckleberry Mojito is highly refreshing too! Can’t forget those rolls and that huckleberry cinnamon butter either!!????

For years I am coming to the Elevation whenever I'm in town and always enjoyed it. Except for today after the bartender send someone to yell after me that I forgot to pay, while I just stepped out to take a picture of the canyon. That was a very upsetting experience. I have never being treated like that and I will not be back. View menu

Great location, makes up for mediocre food? Located on the gorge, this is a beautiful location with great views. However, they rely on this to make up for ok food and drink. What should be a hallmark, fried green beans, are deep fried in old oil and have no flavor. The halibut was moist, but the chicken wings and coconut shrimp also suffer from over-used oil. If coming here, I'd recommend the main dish and a drink, and avoid apps. Enjoy the view and call it a day.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. It has quickly become my new favorite spot in town. The service is consistently excellent every time I visit. The prices are fair for the quality of food you receive. Speaking of which, the food is incredibly high quality! The ribeye was the best I've had in town. The drinks are also fantastic. The outdoor seating overlooking the canyon is stunning, but be aware that it may be closed during high winds or nearby fires. Make sure to make a reservation as seating fills up quickly, especially on Fridays and weekends. I highly recommend dining here at least once.
