"The current employee handling the drive-thru should not be in customer service. I went to place my order, and while the person at the intercom was polite, I encountered issues when I found out you were out of my original choice. I opted for something else and even upgraded from a bowl to a plate since I was unsure of what else to get.
Initially, I was quoted a total of $12.09, but when I reached the window, the amount had changed to over $13. When I questioned this, the girl at the window (who wasn’t the one who took my order) gave me a disdainful look and simply explained that she had forgotten to include the upcharge for the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I reminded her that my change of order was due to the fact that my first choice was unavailable, and I asked if she could please honor the price I was given just a minute ago. Yet again, I received a dirty look, and she refused to check with her manager, stating dismissively that she couldn’t do that.
Frustrated, I drove off and took my business elsewhere. Not only was I disappointed to find out that you were out of my original choice, but your mistake with my total was something you expected me to absorb. This experience displayed very poor customer service, and I will not be returning."
