"Every time we visit this restaurant, something seems to go wrong. They frequently run out of food or the store is closed, even though the posted hours indicate they should be open. They take your payment only to inform you afterward that they are out of a certain item or have very limited stock, yet they refuse to issue a refund. One of my biggest annoyances is that they only provide ONE fork for a large order—this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! We always end up having to go inside the store just to get more forks. Now they've automated the drive-thru process, which feels quite impersonal. We dine here often, but this experience has truly put us off. We won't be returning."

It's frustrating to not receive your complete order, and it's even worse when no one answers the phone to help resolve the issue.

There's always an issue with my order. This time, I ordered teriyaki chicken for my son, but I received orange chicken instead. I can never reach a manager at this location. Overall, I rate the food: 1, service: 1, atmosphere: 1.

Recently I visited panda express at Crossroads, I was surprised to taste very delicious and fresh menu items and Customer service was great. Special Thanks to Dalton who served us with smile and helped our order. Will visit again with my family. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View menu

I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru for chow mein. I think management could use some training. It's ironic that the AI in the drive-thru didn’t ask for a donation to the children’s hospital, especially since it quickly realized how awkward that question can be. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4.

Don't ignore the negative reviews. Ordered noodles on the side and all I got was cabbage, several pieces of which were slimy and old. Celery was cut into large chunks too. I basically got a few pieces of noodles and old shrimp. Lazy employees who make the food too greasy. Maybe cut their pay down to $12 and then incentivize them to earn it back through good service. They get paid too much for this. Food: 1

Just pay attention. Not that it’s anyone’s problem, but now that my kid doesn’t have her noodles that I definitely ordered her, she threw a fit. I called and they had no solution. Tried contacting the driver for Grubhub and they ignored me. I get my money back in like 5 days wow.. all this because of a careless worker? Thank goodness my 3 year old can comprehend that even adults can be completely delusional and don’t pay attention to what they are doing! Just do better, y’all!! ‍ View menu

Skip this location. There’s other options around. We live nearby and love panda, but this place isn’t up to standards. They never have what you want. If you decide to go through the drive-thru, roll down your window and ask them “What DO you guys have right now?” And I guarantee the list they give you is short and their attitude shows. Last night we went and I ordered a small box of broccoli beef al la carte.. I got 3 huge pieces of broccoli and 2 slices of beef. Skip the al la carte boxes they are way too pricey.

Drive-thru operator opened with Would you like to hear what we have left for the evening? Proceeded to tell me that they wouldn 't be preparing any more Beijing Beef or brown rice for the day. I would have some understanding if I had pulled up at or past 9:30, but this was at 8:15. Never heard of a quick service restaurant with a drive-thru turning off their stoves with two hours left until end of service. Three stars for at least having some Orange Chicken and rangoons available for me, but based on this, I don 't reckon I 'll be back.

"I have been to Prairie House multiple times over the years and each has been a great experience. The food here is down home cooking, I've never had an order and not loved what I've gotten. It is located in the crossroads intersection, diagonal from Walmart off of 380. I stopped in for lunch today, I'm meeting I was headed to was canceled so I stopped for an early lunch. I got there around 11:00, so I was one of the first people to be seated. I ordered tea and the Tuesday special which was a barbecue plate served with brisket, chicken breast and your choice of sides. I went with the beans, potato salad. They also brought out a cornbread roll. I wasn't wild about that, it was kind of dry. The meat was tender and had a great smoky flavor, was served with a nice barbecue sauce. The beans had a fabulous kick, potato salad had a creamy mustard base, potatoes were the right consistency of tenderness, nice flavor. They decor here is definitely rustic. Even though my daughter loves the food here she does not love visiting because the taxidermy animals bothers her. There are several rooms in the sprawling location. There is a bar set up in two of them, think saloon style. There is a large stuffed bear in the lobby and all kinds of furry guys throughout. They had a John Wayne, Western vibe in my booth today. There are all kinds of old pioneer regalia on shelves around as well. On my way out, I noticed a new fence with a enclosed backyard patio area. They are upgrading their outdoor entertainment area next to the stage, I will definitely have to be back to check out music in the future! Server was friendly and had good follow-up. Prairie house is always a solid choice for barbecue in The crossroads area."
