"Here’s a sample review: I had an amazing experience at Jack in the Box! The presentation of the food was absolutely stunning—every item looked fresh, perfectly arranged, and incredibly appetizing. The taste did not disappoint either; everything was flavorful and well-prepared, showing real attention to detail. What truly stood out to me was how clean and neat everything was—both the food and the overall environment. The workers were incredibly polite and attentive, making the entire visit even more enjoyable. And I have to say, their Cherry Coke Zero tasted better than anywhere else I’ve ever had it! It was just the right balance of flavor and fizz. If you’re looking for great service, beautiful presentation, and delicious food, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!"

"This restaurant provides fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service. During my visit, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, curly fries, and a drink that was half Coke and half Diet Coke. Unlike other restaurants that charge extra for ranch and BBQ sauce, this location does not. Rosie and Morgan, two Jack In The Box team members, are my favorites and are always there to assist me with a smile and enthusiastic attitude. A helpful tip: if you're still hungry, try adding on 2 tacos with tomatoes and an Oreo cookie milkshake - you won't be disappointed! Furthermore, the restaurant is always kept clean and there are no homeless individuals loitering around like at other places. Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite fast food spots in Laguna Hills."

"I hadn't been to a Jack-in-the-Box in years, but I visited recently for a Dodgers promotion. I was pleasantly surprised by the Jumbo Jack—it was quite tasty. However, I had to deduct a star for a few reasons. First off, the air conditioning was set super low, probably around 65 degrees, which felt way too cold, especially since I was the only customer in the restaurant. I wonder if they intentionally make it uncomfortable to deter diners. I also ordered a Coke without ice, but instead received a cup filled with ice. I noticed there was a soda fountain in the dining area, featuring a mix of flavors. This setup could be fun for those looking to experiment, but when you simply want a regular Coca-Cola, it doesn’t work out. The drink I received tasted like a jumbled mixture of various flavors and didn't resemble Coca-Cola at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the beverage experience."

"I usually hit this spot every other Tuesday after a class nearby, and this is the first time I’ve actually used the bathroom, I don’t know if it is always like this, but holy moly what an “experience.”The floor was wet (you can see my footprint from the toilet to the camera), the urine in the toilet (not mine), the soiled paper towels/tissues on the floor and overall aroma of strong dehydrated urine. Like, I’m pretty sure the urine smell is from the floor, urine on the floor.It was sticky, gross and made me not want to even order food, as my appetite subsided quite a bit. I got the hell out of there and proceeded to order, but maybe a more thorough check and an hourly check (as it’s advertised) would be beneficial. Also, replacing the dusty Glade scent automatic sprayer on top of the paper towel dispenser that is “spraying” an empty canister…My oh my."

"The woman at the cashier, named Andrea was very rude. She refused to speak English and even though I spoke to her in Spanish she still didn 't get my order right. I ordered two 3 piece spicy chicken strips combo and she charged me up for one. When she gaveme my change back it was the change for only one order and the receipt was also for one. She rudely blamed me for ordering wrongwhen even the person I was with witnessed me order two. She got bothered and didn 't want to ring me up. When i gave her themoney for the second order, she refused to take it. She said she couldn 't because she didn 't have any change. My first job wasfast food and we never EVER refuse service to anyone because of lack of change. There is always change, even with the shortage . She looked at me and my friend up and down and was rude the entire time and refused to speak English eventhough weboth talked to her in english. She automatically rang our order as Carry out but we were dining in. Andrea is a terrible fastfood customer service worker and jack in the box should reconsider her position at jack in the box. Side note: this jack in thebox has dirty tables and floors"

"I haven 't been here for quite a while. Went thru the drive thru around 7:00pm Sunday. Waited a little bit to get the food. We did receive our order and everything was correct EXCEPT for the most important in fast food???? The condiments! I specifically asked the guy working if the sauce for Egg Rolls was in the bag and the Hot Sauce for the tacos. He said Yes they are on the bottom of the bag. Trusting him, I went home..gave the food to my family and get yelled at about why is there 'Avocado Lime Sauce for Egg Roll! ' AND only 1 for 2 orders. REALLY? and No Hot Sauce for tacos just some weird other sauce. So Disappointing!! You guys have 1 job to do..1 and get paid for it. And to top it off I paid quite a penny for my meal! That 's what 's upsetting and I 'm not going to drive all the way back for Sauce which I would probably get charged for since they say..Extra Sauce is an Extra Charge. Really? If you get it right the first time..."

"No stars is what I would prefer to give, but Yelp doesn 't allow that ...Order taken adequately. Given cups for drinks. Turn to our left to discover lobby drink machine completely inoperative. Wait at counter to report this. Manager walks by tells counter girl, who is also covering a lengthy drive through line, find out what they want . Twice. Once we were able to tell the counter girl this, she acted surprised, and took our drink orders. Our drinks took more than 5 minutes to be returned to us, probably because the poor counter/drive through girl was so busy without managerial support. While waiting for drinks, observed burger, fries, tacos on counter waiting for other items. For well over 5 minutes. Getting cold and congealed. Once we finally received our order, everything was cold. When we returned tacos as cold and chewy, a MANAGER told us well there is a timer . No apology. Though they did remake the tacos, the replacements were undercooked, and marginally better than the originals. Worst Jack in the Box experience ever, and I have been a customer since the mid-70 's. Shame on you for allowing this experience. By the way, while we were in the dining room for a lengthy time due to slow service, NO ONE came out to check the inoperative drink machine."

"Three of us went through the drive-thru. One person ordered tacos, another got a burger—though it could have been a sandwich—and I went for my favorite: curly fries from Jack in the Box. I thought about getting a Diet Dr. Pepper, but I had already had too much caffeine earlier. Two of us spent between $1 and $10, while the third spent between $10 and $20. The two who spent less were just grabbing snacks."

"I had a very unpleasant experience at Jack In The Box. Before I even entered the restaurant, a female employee rudely slammed the door in my face. I asked if I should use the other door, and as I walked to it, she harshly opened the door again. When I approached to place my order, she abruptly asked, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I sensed her frustration and mentioned that if she was upset, I would prefer to be helped by someone else. She insisted she wasn’t mad but said they were closing and demanded to know my order. However, it was only 9:57 PM on May 14, 2022, and there were still people eating inside. I didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I suggest reviewing the surveillance footage for reference. My carry-out order number was 381."

"There was 1 customer inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and a friend at work which is where I am now. When I pulled in, my GPS said I should get to work by 647am. I figured even if they took 10 minutes to make my food I would be ok. But it took 20 minutes for them to hand me 2 breakfast sandwich combos 4 drinks, and a double sourdough jack combo. And right now after looking at my drink as I grabbed it to come inside, I was disgusted. My coke cup was filthy on the outside and has fingerprints all over it. It also looks as though the woman took a drink or was drinking out of the cup she filled because there are 2 lipstick spots under the lid where someone's mouth was on the cup. This was the second day in a row I visited this jack in the box on my way to work and today's service was horrible. I am afraid to even eat my food because what if this woman touched my food as well with those filthy hands. I spent almost $35 on 3 combos and an iced coffee and thw only thing that im gonna a touch is the iced coffee because I need some coffee this morning. I want my money back. If you don't think I am calling to give them a bad review on their survey too, you are mistaken"
"I had an excellent experience on a late Sunday afternoon. I ordered through the mobile app for pick-up at the counter, and everything was flawless. My food was prepared exactly as I requested and was ready in just over five minutes. The Jumbo Jack burgers and tacos were wonderfully made. The flavors were fantastic, and the tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers were very fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my meal was served piping hot. The dining area was clean, and the condiment bar was well-stocked. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable meal. I visited this same location about a month ago while passing through Yuba City, and the service and food were just as impressive then as they were today. I'll certainly be returning. Thank you for the great service!"

"Rude customer service plus I was overcharged: I visited this place today on 04/29/2024 around 5:25 PM only to buy one large size french fries and one orange juice. First they prepared my order wrong. Instead of fries they offered me large size of soda and when I told them about their fault, guy did not apologize and filled a box of fries and gave me that and took large soda back but didn’t refund my money. They overcharged $8.15) me too for one large fries and one orange juice. I checked jack in the box prices online and both items’ price add up to $4.79. This review is being left to help people to be extra careful when you order at this place. Obviously mine wasn’t a big order this time but if this overcharge) can happen to a small order, this can happen to big order too. Thank you all, Everybody Stay Safe"

"I visited Jack in the Box in the afternoon, close to closing time, with another group. We placed our order, and while our friends received their food, we sat waiting for ours. As time went on, it felt odd that our order hadn’t arrived yet, especially since other customers came in after us, placed their orders, and received their meals before we did. My partner decided to check in at the counter to find out the status of our food. The staff member who took our order seemed unaware of what happened, so the manager was called over. The manager then retrieved our food, which had been sitting in a bag on the counter for about ten minutes, unprotected and not even placed in the warmer. To make matters worse, the staff member at the counter carelessly picked up the bag, dropped it partway down, caught it with their hip while laughing as if it were all a joke, and then handed it to my partner. This level of food handling and customer service is completely unacceptable."

"I go to this jack in the box quite often and they can NEVER get my order right. I understand that most of the staff is teenagers but it's ridiculous. I don't understand how it's so hard to get an order right. I have worked in a restaurant and i simply cannot comprehend how orders can get so messed up. yesterday my fiancé ordered one jr jack with regular fries and one double bacon cheeseburger with fries. he received one jr jack and one chicken sandwich, no fries and no double bacon cheeseburger. he then had to go back through the drive through to re-order his food that should've been made correctly the first time. tonight we went through the drive through and had ordered a jr jack and a REGULAR fry as well as a couple other items and we had received all curly fries. no wonder these people are working at fast food restaurants, they can't even put together a simple order. i never ever write reviews but this is ridiculous, the employees at this location really work hard for their $15.50 an hour. I guess it is my mistake is going back."

"The food was good—fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the cashier at the drive-thru didn't accurately take my order and didn't confirm it at the speaker or the payment window. When I got my order, I noticed an item was missing. When I pointed this out, she told me to go around again because there was a car behind me. I explained that I had ordered two items, but she insisted she only heard one, and with a dismissive look, she told me to circle back and reorder. I clearly started my request with "Can I please get two?" but she shrugged and dismissively said, "Sorry, you'll need to go back around." I chose not to go around again. I believe she could have allowed me to place my order and simply asked me to wait where they usually bring out the food. There was no attempt on her part to correct her mistake, and she showed no remorse or concern at all."
