"The food was good—fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the cashier at the drive-thru didn't accurately take my order and didn't confirm it at the speaker or the payment window. When I got my order, I noticed an item was missing. When I pointed this out, she told me to go around again because there was a car behind me. I explained that I had ordered two items, but she insisted she only heard one, and with a dismissive look, she told me to circle back and reorder. I clearly started my request with "Can I please get two?" but she shrugged and dismissively said, "Sorry, you'll need to go back around." I chose not to go around again. I believe she could have allowed me to place my order and simply asked me to wait where they usually bring out the food. There was no attempt on her part to correct her mistake, and she showed no remorse or concern at all."

It sucked they messed up my order didn't give me everything Iordered. And I ordered a bacon ultimate cheese burger and that's what the box said but had a jumbo jack.

This jack in box is a pale comparison to the other in los banos. They are slow three cars in drive thru took almost 45 min to get through. And they are sloppy, almost every aspect of my order was wrong. And the staff always seems likes it's thefirst-time they have done their job. Terrible View menu

I ordered two of the spicy chicken wraps and a salad . The chicken wraps were cold ,as if they were never cooked. I took it back for a refund and the same person who gave me the food said it was supposed to be like that. I got my money back and ordered at the jack in the box across town . The snack wraps were hot as can be.

I stopped by the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. After paying, I drove home, only to discover that the sandwich was spoiled. I chose not to eat it, but I did enjoy the soda and fries. When I returned to the restaurant to ask for a refund for the sandwich, the staff was unhelpful and wouldn't even offer a replacement. I wouldn't recommend this place; the service was poor, the management was unprofessional, and the overall experience was disappointing. I won't be returning.

"My dad told me about Portuguese night a couple weeks ago. He took my grandpa who is 96 and said it was some good Sopas. He wasn’t wrong. Pretty good fix for your craving of Sopas. "If you're passing through Los Banos, this is a great stop, especially since there's a car charger nearby. The food was tasty, although it could have used a bit more salsa for added flavor. The chips were thin and crispy, and the salsa had a mild spiciness. My chicken enchilada was generously packed, and I've never had a taco so loaded with shredded beef – it was full to the brim! The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the server was very helpful. We’ll definitely be returning."

"1. I am vegan, so I don’t eat here myself. However, I occasionally bring food to the homeless, and they really enjoy pizza. Several people I serve have complained that the sampler plate is never fully cooked, and the pizza dough is also undercooked. 2. The owner deserves a ten-star rating. He is not only friendly but truly cares about his business and works hard to satisfy his customers to ensure they come back. He’s a great guy! 3. There is an older male employee who seems to think he knows everything about the food, as if he personally tastes everything. After I ordered a mango habanero pizza the night before and pointed out that the dough wasn't fully cooked, he called me a liar and accused me of always complaining about undercooked food. Just two weeks prior, I had similarly raised concerns about the sampler not being properly cooked, and I ended up taking home the full meal both times. When I confronted him about his attitude, he interrupted me and told me to either come for a refund or call back if I wanted a new pizza, all while speaking in a rather intimidating tone. It honestly made me feel uneasy about what he might do with my food, so I decided to wait to go back at a later time. I wanted to show them the evidence of the undercooked pizza, but in the end, I didn’t want to feed anyone this food. I don't think I'll be trying this place again due to their incompetence."

"This was my first time at Habit Burger and must say my food was awesome! I tried 3 different sides to try along with my Santa Barbara sandwich and all were spot on! Josh (I think that was his name) was so helpful, friendly and considerate! Reasonablypriced! This is now my go to place!"

"We proceeded to order our pizzas—four extra-large—and they brought out large instead. The staff member insisted we had paid for large, even though we hadn’t paid yet. She did nothing to resolve the issue and was quite dismissive and rude. Later on, however, Jennifer came on shift, and she was truly amazing! She was very attentive and sincerely apologized for the issues we faced, something the previous manager and staff member failed to do. It’s clear that the restaurant needs to hire better staff and evaluate who is suitable for management roles. The opening manager from Saturday, August 5th, could benefit from customer service training to learn how to treat paying customers with respect."
