It’s took so long to get my food at that point I already ate my guts so I wasn’t hungry

Total garbage can worst service yet 30 min wait and couldn't get the order right never again

Horrible service and they take 20 minutes to even order even though no other car is on drive through besides you Voir le carte

Everything was cold!! My onion rings in my burger were hard as a ROCK!!! I asked for 10 ketchup packets but only got 5 !!

It sucked they messed up my order didn't give me everything Iordered. And I ordered a bacon ultimate cheese burger and that's what the box said but had a jumbo jack.

This jack in box is a pale comparison to the other in los banos. They are slow three cars in drive thru took almost 45 min to get through. And they are sloppy, almost every aspect of my order was wrong. And the staff always seems likes it's thefirst-time they have done their job. Terrible Voir le carte

I ordered two of the spicy chicken wraps and a salad . The chicken wraps were cold ,as if they were never cooked. I took it back for a refund and the same person who gave me the food said it was supposed to be like that. I got my money back and ordered at the jack in the box across town . The snack wraps were hot as can be.

I stopped by the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. After paying, I drove home, only to discover that the sandwich was spoiled. I chose not to eat it, but I did enjoy the soda and fries. When I returned to the restaurant to ask for a refund for the sandwich, the staff was unhelpful and wouldn't even offer a replacement. I wouldn't recommend this place; the service was poor, the management was unprofessional, and the overall experience was disappointing. I won't be returning.

The food was good—fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the cashier at the drive-thru didn't accurately take my order and didn't confirm it at the speaker or the payment window. When I got my order, I noticed an item was missing. When I pointed this out, she told me to go around again because there was a car behind me. I explained that I had ordered two items, but she insisted she only heard one, and with a dismissive look, she told me to circle back and reorder. I clearly started my request with "Can I please get two?" but she shrugged and dismissively said, "Sorry, you'll need to go back around." I chose not to go around again.
