I'm not a big fan of fast food, but this place is always open when I'm in the mood for a snack.

The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was fantastic, loaded with a generous portion of chicken and vegetables. The Egg Rolls were exceptional—crispy and absolutely delicious!

The food was exceptionally fresh, and everything was perfect. It's been a long time since my DoorDash order arrived exactly as I requested. They also included a generous amount of sauce.

I visited the drive-thru this morning, and I was delighted by the friendliness of everyone I interacted with. The food was amazing, contributing to a wonderful experience! My breakfast sandwiches and iced coffees were perfect, even by the time I got home. Excellent work!

I received the incorrect drinks: one large fruit punch was missing, and instead of the diet Pepsi I ordered, I got a large unsweetened tea. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry, and to top it off, I had my first bite of bacon in ten years, despite specifically requesting no bacon. Unfortunately, this made me feel quite unwell. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. There is a rude employee who works at the drive-thru and occasionally at the counter, but only when she isn’t overwhelmed with multiple orders. I have raised concerns about her behavior multiple times, yet she still remains employed. She tends to treat white customers respectfully, but gives attitude to anyone else. I believe she should be let go.

My boyfriend and I visited Jack in the Box last Wednesday, and now he's in the hospital with food poisoning. They really need to address this issue because who knows how many others have gotten sick from their food. They should start checking their food more carefully. Be cautious if you're considering Jack in the Box in Oroville, California. They're fortunate we haven't pursued legal action against them.

I visited Jack in the Box in the afternoon, close to closing time, with another group. We placed our order, and while our friends received their food, we sat waiting for ours. As time went on, it felt odd that our order hadn’t arrived yet, especially since other customers came in after us, placed their orders, and received their meals before we did. My partner decided to check in at the counter to find out the status of our food. The staff member who took our order seemed unaware of what happened, so the manager was called over.
