"At the hotel restaurant, they did not answer the phone, so we decided to drive there. It was the only thing open. We ordered food for 4 people and they took our order. After waiting for about 3 minutes, they told us they were out of burgers, so we had to change our order. When we finally got our food, we were asked if we wanted ketchup or sauce, but it seemed like they were out of both. It was a long night and the staff seemed inexperienced, like they were fresh out of school and not very knowledgeable."

"I placed an online order for two breakfast sandwiches and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later. Despite being told that my order would be expedited because it hadn't been prepared yet, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before my food was finally made. The server prioritized other customers' orders over mine, causing me to realize I was running late for work. When I requested a refund, the server ignored me until my food was ready 40 minutes later. The service was terrible overall."

"It was not good first thing to mention is that we got the wrong order, my wife got me the original chicken sandwich and it was made wrong I asked for no cheese..... and add tomato ,onion and bacon my wife ordered the bacon king and the whole order was wrong ,i called the store and they said they would replace our order the next time we come back, i say a week later we got our replacement meal and it was no better the fries were warm at best and soggy my original chicken sandwich looked like it was just sloped together way too much mayo I had to wipe it off my wife couldn't eat hers it was cold as well her bun was soggy and so was her fries the person at the window was rude and acted like she hated her job as much as we spent on our meal it could've been hot very disappointing service If you're going to treat your customers right do it the first time"

"This Burger King is HORRIBLE!!! The service is subpar that's being kind. They are very unprofessional. I waited at the order board for over 12minutes just to place an order. I finally had enough drove up toward the window to find 2 customers standing there ordering waiting for their order. INSANE. I will NEVER go back."

"I ordered an impossible whopper on the app with a coupon that said free whopper or impossible whopper. When I got to the store the system marked it as a regular one. I can not eat meat so I am usually happy that they offer the impossible option. I asked them if they could fix it and one employee was nice to me but they called their manager who was rude and insisted that it’s a dollar extra for the impossible one even though the coupon said either one should be free. Very upsetting did not feel respected whatsoever."

"This place is usually quite busy, but nine times out of ten, that's because they struggle to find staff who actually want to work, resulting in a shortage of employees. However, the staff they do have are always friendly and go the extra mile for their customers. The nighttime manager is especially outstanding and much more welcoming than the McDonald's across the street."

"This would have been a one star review if it wasn’t for the kindness of the manager. I ordered a whopper with cheese and a Jr whopper with cheese and both were room temperature. The manager handled it in a very pleasant manner. He explained to me that he has new help and they’re still learning. He apologized profusely I left with a smile and two hot burgers. He explained to me that cop is hard to come by these days and I totally understand that. Let’s go Brandon!!"

"Saturday @2:00 pm drive Thur service was horrible no one in front or behind us in line and the server Ashley was curt and didn’t take our order properly, then told us to wait a minute. We thought she got our order and we drove to the pick up window, she said we didn’t order .. full of herself she asked “what do you want? “ with attitude, we told her three more times and she still gave us the wrong order once more and charged us 15.00 dollars for two cokes and two fries! When we told her there weren’t any burgers in the bag , she replied very flippant “ you didn’t order burgers!”Silly me.. I thought when you ordered two# 5’s with cheese , med fries and med cokes .. the burgers came with the meals!When we questioned her , she told us “That’s what you ordered and to move on because there were other customers in line!”We parked, I went into the manage and explained why I was returning the food . Manage seemed not interested , never offered up an apology and handed me my refund.Burger King employees should alway be courteous, for you never know who you’re dealing with on the other of side of the counter. Whether Important or not, don’t dismiss people it’s just rude.!"

"Today I visited this store. I went through drive thru but being that I was using more than one coupon I had to come in. So I came in using 3 coupons on 1 order. One of the coupons was for 2 original 2 small fries for 6.99, I also had a coupon for mccrispy chicken and small fry for 6.99. I also had a coupon for 9 piece chicken fries and small fry for 3.99. I asked the cashier if I could use the mccrispy chicken coupon for 2 orders of mccrispy and small fries like arby she said no.ok cool I then ask if I could use the app also she yes. So I thought I uploaded the coupon but I didn't ok cool that was on my end. So I just ordered a mccrispy meal and paid full price at 8.69 I asked the lady to repeat the order and she had some corrections to do. Ok cool. I think she had a hard time understanding me because I had some teeth extracted 2 days ago. So she gives me my total which was 41.00 and some change. I didn't make a fuss I paid got my receipt as they were preparing my meal I examed my receipt which at that time me and her thought she just over charged me for justsandwich. And she refunded me 5.21 for a sandwich. Which I still didn't feel like it was rt. But I said oh well. As I'm waiting I overhear the Manager talking in her head set saying now she says order three crispy chicken. Which was not true I knew then there was a miscommunication I tried getting her attention the all while I was waiting on my order. So she turned around to give me my order and she says here's what you order I politely said man I'm not trying to rip you guys off or anything but this not what I wanted and I think we had a miscommunication some where. Yes this lady told me yes this what you ordered. I politely told her I think there may been a miscommunication. She insisted that this was what I ordered and more less take it. So I asked if the cashier was this a Bennet franchise and nobody answered. Then manager yells in my face go ahead and call she's not getting in trouble. The cashier did absolutely nothing wrong to me it was just a miscommunication but that manager was so disrespectful she ruined are meal and my day by this encounter. My sister and I worked for Bennett Corp stores for many years when we were younger and never in a million years no other manager we had would've acted as she did. A manager job is to help the problem not instigated. Idk what this lady was having a bad day or was she racist. Why wouldn't she want to find out was going on in her store is crazy to me. "I got trapped in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting to just order. I should have known better given it was lunch and there were only 4 cars in the drive through (locals know better). Anyway, they have a duel lane thing for ordering and I got stuck between the guy trying to order and the person behind me. When I got to the window they said to please wait. I waited 10 minutes and then just left. Whole lunch break shot. Between the yelp reviews and Google reviews going back years I would say to avoid this location completely. It’s obviously mismanaged."

"This location is terrible!Few things first... In my teenage-young adult days I worked at several fast food places. So I know how they 're supposed to look, handle food and keep things stocked maintained.When we came in, the aesthetic of the restaurant was that of an older burger king as there was a walkway to direct people where to walk clearly 1980s tables(like old days) not the biggest deal there.Then the drink station area was old counters of a commercial kitchen that have seen better days. When you go to get a drink(a more modern machine than anything else I 've seen at this point), out of the 1000 different options, only 3 drink options are available.I came in, not crazy familiar with the menu (and part of their menu screen is off or probably not working so I can 't see everything) said I just need a small burger with only x,y z on it and before I finished she interrupted to say so a cheeseburger... with only a c on it with attitude. I told her the correct way I ordered it.When I mentioned the soda was out, they said we can fill it back here (in drive thru). My boyfriend with the cup came towards them and he must 've not heard so he asked if they could fill it. The 2nd lady said yeah, that 's why I said I could fill it back here all snobby like. Like for real?Then our food was done and they forgot our sauce and I asked for it. No response. Didn 't even acknowledge us. Just gave us the sauce.The cleanliness of the restaurant, tables, windows, front door, etc. Is disgusting...?If you want attitude thrown your way at an unmaintained, dirty fast food place, this is the place for you!"

"the worst place to order food. never go back here. gloves are not used to hand out eating. cash will put the face on the hands and spend the food. the food is not properly prepared. if they ask for no salt on the pommes, give them salt on the pommes. salat, tomatoes are not added to the sandwiches or burgers etc. the only reason I gave “1 star” because I couldn’t publish this review."

"I had 30 minutes to lunch today. wing around 11 clock and literally worked less than a block away. there was a car in front of me in the window and I waited almost 10 minutes. first I thought it was understaffed and I would accept that. but we're coming to this. After we waited 10 minutes behind this minivan, I'm going to the window and get an empty star from the cash register and then she asked me what I ordered. I tell her a medium with a coke and it's like I'm talking another language. there was no one behind me. in the last 10 minutes they could have received the only order. but somehow they didn't. but they could've worked hard. but they didn't even offer to get me something or make it right or even make it right. So I went halfway through my lunch with zero eating. my coworker went in and they had no fries. but not only did not do, they had no fries in the building. they had to send someone on a French frise that had to run outside the building to have them. I saw 4 people working out of the drive-dru window, and my teamworker also saw 4 inside. no other customers. close the restaurant. if no one wants to work, they simply close the restaurant and save it the money. What happened to them burger king? you've always been glowing. I'm not back."

"I found a hair in my food today, which was disappointing. I called the restaurant to let them know and possibly suggest they use hair nets, but they took no responsibility and claimed that no one working there has brown hair. It was a funny response, as I was just trying to inform them of an issue, not looking for a refund or replacement meal. Overall, the service and food quality both received a rating of 1. This was a take-out breakfast meal that cost between $20 to $30 per person."

"I visited the restaurant today with my son and brother. Unfortunately, I found hair in the fries, and I noticed someone who had been sucking on their fingers without washing their hands. I don't think I'll return there again. They might want to consider using hair nets."
