"On Friday night, September 9th, I went to see that 4 employees run all the place! The food came out hot and fresh and they flew!!! Huge praise for this team!! I worked for over a decade of fast food and sometimes it is a very grateful job. I got no names on Friday, but the 4 were amazing, not to mention uncomfortable friendly under this kind of pressure"

"This restaurant is typically a great spot for a quick bite, but recently they've been getting our orders wrong. We provided simple instructions to omit certain items for my wife and son, and they still made mistakes. Usually, we don’t have any issues, but our last few orders were just off. I would still recommend it for lunch, but I wouldn't necessarily suggest it for a quick dinner."

"I have been a simi regular at this burger king for quite some time and have only seen a steady decline in quality of food and service. The place hasn't had proper wrappers for any of their burgers in months, they hardly ever have any varity of sodas, and one of the soda machines has been broken for over a year now. My friends and I came here for a quick dinner and they had already ordered but while I stood there the workers just stared at me and waited for food to come down when I wanted to order myself it was a good 3 to 4 minutes of the worker just standing there doing nothing and glancing at me every now and then. The food then took 20 minutes to come out as the place had 4 people working during the height of dinner rush. I ordered a bacon king and did not get any bacon on my sandwich. I also ordered an ice cream cone which after waiting for a while at the counter I eventually left because I did not wish to wait forever to get my cone. There was one worker in particular that was very vocal about how they were all alone and doing everything when they in fact were doing hardly anything. While I do not blame the staff for the lack of workers, the lack of communication between them is sad. Evidently the kitchen had said they were out of bacon before I ordered but the person upfront did not register it i guess. The only positive I have to say is the fries were fresh. But I will be going to the Union location from now on. "I usually have no issue with this Burger King, generally the food is well made and delivered in a timely manor, but you need to update your hours, 12am is listed and yet I pull up right before 11 and not only was anyone able to say it was closed, they cut the lights after 4 minutes of me sitting in the drive. "I rarely go here. You live in Scott City you will have to go here at some point. The owners bank on speed not quality. Pushing their employees to maintain speed over quality to increase their sales. Speed is only able to maintained for so long without suffering but big business men think they know best. Since their food is so cheap they have to sell a lot to make A profit. Sadly this results in 90% of the food going out inedible or close to it. Today was no short of this Scenario. With high employee turn over rates and poor management food suffers. Today, we had all the grandkids and they really wanted breakfast. Decided to go ahead as breakfast is usually the best time to eat at BK. But not today it was not edible. At some point you just have to call it and today you should've called these biscuits Burnt. Ruined a perfectly good sandwich. Pitched in the trash and cooked my own. Wasted our money. . "I’m really disappointed with this restaurant now. It used to be a regular stop for me, but the quality of service and food can vary greatly depending on who is working. The guy with dark hair and tattoos who works the nights should probably be kept in the back; I know I’m in for a bad experience when he’s there. He’s never pleasant to deal with and seems to dislike his job or his life. I often receive cold fries and food that clearly isn’t fresh. On the other hand, the woman with the accent always provides friendly and attentive service when she’s there, and I wish they had more employees like her. I definitely won’t be returning."

"Heather and Miranda, who were working the drive-thru, truly made my evening. Their cheerful, upbeat, and playful personalities added a whole new level of enjoyment to the experience. Let's be honest—talking into a drive-thru speaker can be as enjoyable as a visit from Freddy Krueger. However, Heather and Miranda had me laughing even before I had placed my order! Great job, ladies! As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available."

"I have to say the night shift workers are awesome they wasn't rude or disrespectful in anyway and I got my drink in a timely manner. I have to give a round of applause to the two men that was working tonight they where awesome. I have nothing bad to say about this burger king everytime I go there my order is always right never once has my order been messed up and I've always got my orders in a timely manner and the food has never been cold. I have to honestly say this is one of the best burger king's I've been to despite what everyone else says I love it. All the staff have been friendly twords me and the people I bring with me. "I really liked this place for hosting my best friend's birthday dinner, but I encountered a few issues that might make me hesitant to return for another celebration. First, I was surprised to find out I had to pay a $25 fee to bring in a birthday cake, despite calling ahead to confirm that I could bring one without any extra charge. They must have forgotten to mention the fee during our conversation. Second, while we thoroughly enjoyed the diner, it was incredibly hot inside. There were so many people, and the heat was quite distracting from the dinner party. It was especially warm in the basement. On a positive note, the rooftop area was beautiful, and the food was delicious."
"Perhaps a juicy burger could satisfy our cravings, despite the fact that we were a well-dressed group. Once we arrived, I found myself at the front door, with my companions close behind. As I approached the counter, I was warmly greeted by a towering man who introduced himself and offered to take our order. Commander Holly, as he called himself, suggested a classic beef burger (naturally with cheese) and some crispy fries. We agreed on a reasonable price, and soon the kitchen crew sprang into action, determined to prepare us a feast that would rival our last visit six months prior. To our delight, the food was exceptional, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the drinks were refreshing. I was reluctant to leave this paradise so quickly, but unfortunately, the kids were fed up, and my partner was annoyed that I was basking in my food-induced bliss. As I thanked Commander Holly for his service on this lovely day, he cheerfully replied, “No need for gratitude, my friend! I’m just happy you chose this place to alleviate your hunger!” With that, Commander Holly and the rest of the crew seemed to vanish into thin air. Was it all an illusion? Had our appetites truly been satisfied? Was this man the legendary Burger King himself, helping weary travelers feast upon the remnants of their adventures? No one knows for sure. His name, his crew, and their noble service will be remembered fondly, wherever they may be."
"The last order was very wrong. Wrong sandwiches and no wraps. Substitute for chicken fries because no stock. Ice cream tastes bad. Lettuce was wilted. No tomatoes on my wraps after I did get them. Last order was also wrong. Very disappointing after driving home and realizing food was wrong. Then we tried to call and phone doesn't work. Can't complain when no one answers the phone. Extremely poor way to run a restaurant. We don't eat out much and when we spend the money it would be nice to at least get what we ordered. Feels like we were ripped off."

"This is by far not what I expected. I ordered from UberEats and I'm sure that it was not the driver's fault for this. I do not blame the driver at all because if it were to happen, it wouldn't look like this as seen in the picture. This is the worst sushi I've ever had in my whole experience. It just seems like the restaurant just threw some ingredients on and called it sushi. It did jot look presentable or appetizing that I just tossed it into the trash. Not only that, but it tasted horrible. The rice was not fresh at all like they kept it out for a long period of time. The cucumbers and avocado were mushed everywhere. They're supposed to be inside the roll, am I right? Overall, worst sushi ever and I will never order from this place ever again."

"I noticed the manager in the dining area, cleaning tables and thanking customers for coming in. It was nice to see that level of engagement. I also observed the staff in the back; most of them were women aged 25-45 who appeared well-trained and efficient. This approach clearly works well for this location, and management deserves credit for it. Overall, I had a great experience, and if I’m passing through that way again, I’ll definitely stop by. I’m very pleased!"
