"So enjoyed our lovely meal and our server, sorry I didn't get her name, was just as cute as she could be. We were very hungry and didn't have to wait at all to get a table on Saturday night, which that is almost unheard of...food was really great, loved the spinach and mushrooms in my quesadilla. We were very full, came home and promptly fell asleep at 8:30 p.m."

"My family often finds ourselves at the Taco Bell drive-thru, which is just a stone's throw away. While Taco Bell is decent, sometimes you crave authentic Mexican food. That's when we decided to try Villa Grande. Upon entering, we were greeted by the most amazing aroma! I was definitely hungry and ready to dig in. The host also served us this time, and he was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. I ordered the Pollo de Crema, which I have to admit hasn't always impressed me at other restaurants. However, the chicken here was freshly cooked, and the cream sauce was delightful! I must give a special shoutout to the salsa—it's incredibly fresh! I couldn't get enough of it. I even accidentally spilled some on my chicken when it arrived, but it was so tasty and homemade."

"I called the manager tonight, and he said he would look into the situation and get back to me tomorrow after reviewing the bill (I even have to fax him our copy!). Additionally, I was frustrated to find out that the waiter had added a $31 tip to my bill without my consent. I’ve already reached out to my credit card company to dispute the tip. I would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. I really hope the manager takes this matter seriously and corrects the mistake, as I would hate to think this is just a tourist trap!"

"First of all. This restaurant is no longer shoreline grill attached to the hotel. Secondly, I ordered an alcoholic beverage, for $10 and it came to me in a very SMALL cup, maybe 6oz…. When I received the drink it had a gnat in it, so we told the waiter. My friend at the table watched the waiter take it to the bartender, as they laughed about it, bartender took the gnat out of the drink, put a bigger straw in the cup to make it look like she made a new drink and our waiter brought us the drink like we didn’t just see what they did. When the waiter was confronted about this when bringing the same drink back to us, no apologies or anything. Just a little distasteful I think."

"11.11.22 Update... Birthday lunch and the experience is always great however today was exceptional! Our server, Maribel, when above and beyond in our opinion. As we asked for to go boxes she not only brought containers for every single part of our meal that we were taking home but also extra drinks for the road. Unfortunately , The Deli has the potential to be one the best in bayside .On November 2 , 2022, around 11:30 am , I went to get breakfast . However , I notice the Spanish Man Martin was not present . Which already is my concern because I did not wanted the Indian Man in the front Counter to make my sandwich .However , I give him a chance to make my sandwich . In the Preparation of my sandwich , I notice he was not wear any Gloves . I told to wears gloves but he keeps stating that his hands are cleaned . I Notice while Opening the sandwich , notice a hair inside. Which I knew my concerns were Accurate . Moving Forward , I will not buy any food in preparations in this location . Sadly to Say , I reported to 311 . Hopefully in future they can improve the Health and Safety and cleanliness of this store ."

From the outside is just a regular Pizza sign above the pizzeria but as you walk in is such a humbling experience.It’s a small establishment with amazing staff in which everyone plays a big role in making it such a success.Antonio is the mastermind behind Atmosphere. He’s attention to detail is superb. This young man goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their time.I chose the Pizza Vesuvio my husband had the Mortazza Pizza along with Pistachio Cake Tiramisu for desserts. Folks, I have eaten all over the world but this pizza my friends brought me back to Italy. It is AMAZING! Dessert was delish; The Pistachio cake was my favorite. Pictures do it no justice. Flavors on point. The fresh basil leaves truffle oil on the pizza takes it up another notch. The ambiance is so Italy casual with Italian music playing from the kitchen.If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Can’t wait to go back. BEST Pizza in Sarasota back to back. Now I know why. "I had a very disappointing experience with their pizza. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes, but after waiting an hour, I received a cold pizza that looked store-bought and merely heated in an oven. When I spoke with the manager, he seemed indifferent to the situation and offered a weak excuse—cold food is simply unacceptable. I returned the pizza and was offered either a fresh one from the oven or a refund. Since my family was hungry, I opted for the fresh pizza, but that turned out to be a mistake! The appearance alone was a telltale sign. I can't recommend this pizzeria at all, especially if you don’t want to pay a premium for what tastes like frozen pizza!"
