"I had a very disappointing experience with their pizza. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes, but after waiting an hour, I received a cold pizza that looked store-bought and merely heated in an oven. When I spoke with the manager, he seemed indifferent to the situation and offered a weak excuse—cold food is simply unacceptable. I returned the pizza and was offered either a fresh one from the oven or a refund. Since my family was hungry, I opted for the fresh pizza, but that turned out to be a mistake! The appearance alone was a telltale sign. I can't recommend this pizzeria at all, especially if you don’t want to pay a premium for what tastes like frozen pizza!"
