"I'm not sure if the management at Zoom Zoom Deli Grill has changed, but the level of service has declined noticeably. The new, young staff seem uninterested in customer service and can be quite rude. The fresh cookies, which used to be made daily, are now often missing or replaced by broken, crumb-filled treats. My husband and I used to visit Zoom Zoom Deli Grill multiple times a day for their oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies because they were always fresh and delicious. Now, we rarely stop by since the cookies are rarely stocked. However, their menu still offers a wide variety of beverages, including cold coffee, juices, various waters, snacks, and even a small grocery section. They are open all night and feature a grill along with smoothies and juice options. Overall, I like Zoom Zoom Deli Grill, but if the staff doesn't improve their attitude and cleanliness, we will consider going elsewhere."
