"Yozakura Sushi may be a bit off the beaten path, but it's definitely worth the trip. This cozy little restaurant features just a handful of tables in the front, with the kitchen nestled at the back of the spacious room. The staff were fantastic, skillfully accommodating various dietary restrictions with creativity and care. The sashimi was exceptional, and the maki and rolls were prepared with finesse. I had the pleasure of trying cold smoked tuna for the first time—imagine a texture similar to smoked salmon but with a more pronounced smoky flavor, seasoned light with a peppery kick, and sliced into thick, dark pink pieces. I can't wait to have more of that. The presentation added to the experience, with everything beautifully arranged on a natural gray slate platter. A blackboard announcing an upcoming Prix Fixe event caught my eye, showcasing a diverse menu beyond sushi, so there's plenty more to explore here than you might initially expect. On our first visit, we were a bit rushed, which was unfortunate. We'll definitely return to fully enjoy this charming spot. You should consider it, too!"
