"Went to this restaurant because it was one of the only ones that was still open and kind of by accident. It turned out to be the best restaurant I went to during my whole trip in Waikiki. I went to a bunch of expensive restaurants and the food here out did the others at half the price. I was so glad I found it. It is not next to the other busy restaurant on the main road. It was actually hidden back more and was great walking distance from many hotels. I would recommend this if you want some great food."

Fantastic restaurant! It's enjoyable to sit at the bar and watch the chefs expertly prepare the food. We started with the garlic shrimp as an appetizer, and they were amazing! Overall, a wonderful experience.

The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The service was excellent. The food was average, with a few standout dishes that were better than the rest. Overall, I would give this place 4 stars for the service, which balances out to 3 stars for the food. In summary, it was just decent.

Food was mediocre at best. Wait staff cordial and prompt, however I don’t expect to pay $22 for a chicken thigh that has fat all over it. 6 vegetables accompanied that and anything else was alacarte. Overall VERY disappointing. Fully understand the need for the kitchen staff to be outside pulling people in. DON’T do it!!
