Very good smoked flavor. I tried pork both spicy and regular. Both were good. I'd like to try the smoked duck some time. Also, I want to try either the smoked chicken salad or the smoked salmon salad.

Have always thought their smoked meat was the best I had ever tasted. Just had the smoked salmon belly and that's now one of my favorites. Their butterfish collars, chicken and smoked meat hamburger steak--actually, everything on the menu--is sooooo good. Can't go wrong.
