"I really don't like leaving poor reviews, however I was disappointed! We showed up about five minutes early. Upon arriving, had to wait in line just to speak to the greeter. When we got to the front of the line, the greeter found the reservation, and informed us that we'd have to wait 10-15 minutes. We inquired if it'd be a true 10-15 or would it be longer? She assured us that it'd be 10-15, confirmed my phone number and said she'd text me when ready. took almost 45 minutes before I received the text! We were seated in a too small table for 4 people, and in the middle of a high traffic area. The table had only three chairs, the seater said that she'd be right back with another chair and disappeared! Leaving us to find our own chair. The food was good, nothing spectacular, but good, (except the prawns, they were just awesome! , the rest was good, but for the prices... meh... I wouldn't complain about the food or value if it weren't for the lousy service waiting for and then recieving an unprepared table..."

"How is it possible for food to be both this delicious and this affordable? I've only ordered delivery from this restaurant, so I can't comment on the dining experience inside. However, when I'm looking for delivery options, their incredibly low prices stand out from the rest. You can get a great cheesesteak, along with fries and a soda, for under $10! I've been ordering from them for years, and they've never raised their prices, nor has the quality declined. Brookside County Deli is truly worth your money."

"Neither of us had been to Rothmans steakhouse in a while so we decided to give it a try again. The valet parking was convenient first pulling up. We had reservations and we were a few minutes late but we were seated immediately. The place was packed. The seats and tables are very close to each other and it was very loud. Eventually you adjust to the noise but it makes it a bit hard to hear. We ordered the burrata mozzarella appetizer which was very good. I ordered the filet mignon cooked Pittsburgh (black and blue) but it came cooked medium well instead. I had to send it back as I can 't eat meat overcooked. My friend ordered the bone in rib eye medium but came medium rare. The flavor was good. We also ordered 2 sides which were creamed spinach and mashed sweet potatos with pecans, both of which were good. The manager was very friendly and came by to check on us quite a few times, and when he realized the issues we had with our steaks being cooked incorrectly he was kind enough to comp our desserts! We had the creme brulee which is a classic and was good. We also had the apple tart with vanilla ice cream which was good also. After our dinner we had a drink at the bar which is very pretty and the bartenders were very nice. All in all it was a nice night"

"I work professionally in a steakhouse which creates a certain expectation, this steakhouse was absolutely incredible and blew every expectation of mine ten fold. Steve was an absolutely amazing server he had awesome stories and catered to our every need perfectly. Cocktails were delicious, the food was perfect and the desert… oh my goodness words don’t even describe. "I know I've already reviewed Harbor deli but I have to review it again! Let me start by saying a few days before my daughter got married in July 2022 we were informed that the entire day we're getting ready and taking photos getting ready there was no food included. Plenty of mimosas and coffee or juices but no food. I called Harbor deli and asked them to make me some platters last minute to pick up first thing in the morning on my daughters wedding day not only did they out do themselves but they threw in a fruit platter as a congratulations. Now today is Labor Day and just happens to be my birthday and I wake up in the morning and my teenage daughter slept out and my husband is at an early fire house event, and I'm hungry for breakfast and all I could think about is it's a holiday I'm gonna have to cook myself breakfast on my birthday. Nope Harbor deli is open!!! And they are making me my birthday breakfast and my mom who lives upstairs her favorite egg sandwich. Harbor deli is amazing! Always fresh delicious food, always reliable, mine and my families favorite deli!"

"The older gentleman behind the counter didn’t seem to keep track of the orders he was taking, often forgetting about waiting customers in favor of chatting with those who had already received their food. They also didn’t know how to make iced coffee correctly, refilling the machine with steaming hot coffee instead. It’s disappointing to see that the days when Americans who grew up in delis worked at them are fading. The owners of this place seem uninterested in providing proper training for their staff, which sets a low standard. I spent over $11 on undercooked scrambled eggs and burnt bacon on a plain roll, along with a mediocre iced coffee. I really should have gone to the Burger King in the same strip mall instead, where for $10 I would have received much better food and coffee. I won’t be returning. Harry, the owner, labeled my comments as racist, but I’m actually an immigrant American woman of color. I wish he would prioritize hiring documented, fully-taxed immigrant Americans. Deliberately avoiding paying federal taxes and defrauding the state of essential worker compensation funds is a serious issue that affects vulnerable populations. Harry, you’re an exploitative, tax-evading business owner. The staff at Harbor Deli appeared to be disengaged and lacking in basic skills. I doubt you would subject wealthier, whiter clientele on Main Street to such poor service and subpar food. Train your staff and raise your standards."

"We dined at wine cellar at Harry Browne’s. You’re almost 100% guaranteed to get lost finding your way to cellar. You can be annoyed by that or find it to be yet another adventure as I did (even after being directed by the host at the front).Good wine selection (if you want a cocktail, you have to ask for that…you’re in a wine cellar).The staff was lovely, the food was decent (the crab dip was great!)Downside, the cellar is unsurprisingly an internet dead zone. "Our waitress was very kind, but unfortunately, our food arrived cold, and after we finished, she didn’t return to check on us. We noticed another table was served while we waited. My daughter, grandson, and I had all been drinking cold beverages, and my lobster was also cold, which was quite disappointing considering the prices. The atmosphere was pleasant, although it was marred by an extremely loud and obnoxious waiter at the next table who claimed to be training staff. He was just too loud and disruptive. "Delicious, cute, wholesome diner in downtown Chicago. These are hands down some of the best pancakes I have ever had! The skillet was good but greasy. The fries were phenomenal and the wrap looked good too. Mimosas were okay. "Service was REALLY awful and the waiter used the excuse we are really busy', but you had to have a reservation (which we had) or you had a very long wait, so it was under their control not to add more customers. We asked for cream and sugar for coffee times, asked for syrup for waffles times, and asked for butter for the english muffin twice and never received any of it thus degrading the food experience as well. Eggs were slightly warm. Beignets (starter) came AFTER our meals came and only because we mentioned that they had not shown up. Would not recommend this restaurant ever."

"When the waitress returned, we placed our breakfast orders. We all got $3.00 cups of hot coffee, which were fine. However, 40 minutes later, another waitress came over to apologize for the wait and asked if we wanted more coffee. We said yes, but it took her another 5 minutes to bring the coffee, and just as she poured it, our food finally arrived. One order of French toast was correct, but another was completely wrong—I was missing my toast! Our waitress came over, and we told her about the mistake. She took back the incorrect order and promised to get my toast. After 15 minutes, she returned with the correct French toast, but still no toast for me. She assured me she would get it. Another 10 minutes later, a different waitress checked on us, and I mentioned that I still hadn’t received my toast. Five minutes after that, she finally asked if I’d like the toast. We had to wait a long time for our bill as well. By the time we left, it was after 2 o'clock, and most of our time there was spent waiting. Paying $60 for breakfast for three people felt absolutely outrageous!"

"This place is great. It’s expensive but they have the best fish taco in the city. I’m looking into trying the other locations because this place is fancy and the others are more casual. The margs are delicious, especially the spicy cucumber. And the service is really great and attentive. It’s a fancy Mexican midtown spot that really caters to executives. Decor is wacky though and I love that. It appears their taquerias are more on the funky side so that makes sense that they wanted to pull in that side of their business model. 11/10."

"This charming Italian restaurant has a nostalgic old-world feel that transports you to a different era. Despite the snowy day, the lunch crowd was light, but the food was exceptional.
