"I've picked up from this restaurant twice, and both times we ordered subs. They are exceptional because they are toasted, and since I picked them up quickly, they were not soggy at all. However, during my second visit, which was on a Saturday (not a weekday), the staff let us down a bit. They misplaced our order, so I found myself waiting for 25 minutes while they started making our subs (the initial estimate was 15 minutes, likely because they were also handling pizza orders for other customers). It was a little disappointing. Nonetheless, the subs were still incredibly delicious. I just hope the young staff can get things organized. The food is really good, but I think I'll avoid weekends in the future."
