"Ordered delivery here November 30th 10:30 because it was the only thing open and I didn’t feel like driving anywhere. I first like to say I was never a fan of Vocelli pizza but it was spare at the moment and I figure I just give it another try. I ordered a large pizza with garlic knots and fettuccine Alfredo chicken and spaghetti. As I opened the box to the pizza I noticed there was hair inside the pizza that seemed like a beard hair or really short hair and I did not eat anything. I tried calling back at 11:10 and there was no answer. I called back the next day to get a refund with no food eaten and still in the box and the manager told me that everyone who makes pizza there is bald and he had no idea how would a hair get inside the pizza. I told him it don’t matter how it got there, the hair is in the pizza and I want my refund and I said that your more then welcome to come pick up the food because I never ate any of it. He said call back in 40 minutes because there was a women there that needed to refund the money back on my card. As I called back 40 minutes later the lady answered the phone and I told her I was calling back for the refund and she told me the same thing as there is only bald guys working there and don’t know how was there a hair inside the pizza. I again told her I said it don’t matter how the hair got inside the box and I just want my refund, I also said again your more then welcome to come pick up the food because I’ve never ate anything and I even offered to drive and come bring back the food. She then asked for my card numbers for the refund and said she only wants to give me the refund for the pizza only since I told her there was no hair that I’ve seen in the other food. I told her that isn’t fair since I didn’t eat none of the food and she said okay the rest of the money should be back on the card. It is December 15th and I never received the money back on my card. I don’t care about the money since it was only $35 but it was very poor of the vocelli to not do me a favor and give my money back for the inconvenience or at least offer me a gift card, not that I would take it but at least be nice to offer. I will never be eating here ever again not only for the hair but for the poor customer service as well. If I could give 0 stars I would of. I do not recommend to eat here for a last resort. Not to mention but I gave the delivery guy $6 tip which made the order $40 afterwards."

Great pizza. The cashier couldn't find my salad so he made a new one. Later they called because they found my salad and wanted to make sure I had taken one home. A lot of pizza places wouldn't have taken the time to call.

I never give bad reviews, at least not many. But the pizza tasted like cardboard and was tolerable at best. For $9, the salad wasn’t worth it and the wings were more skin and fat than meat. I’d suggest Vocellis changes their recipes. Not a fan. Won’t order here again! Salad wings and pizza. $44 w/o tip. No Nathan here. And not even likable. Sorry Vocellis. Terrible meal. View menu

My all-time favorite pizza place having lived in 3 different US states till now. They customise the pizzas exactly as per your instructions. My favorites from their menu : 1) Pizza : Traditional red sauce Pecorino Romano mozzarella cheddar cheese Pepperoni (Basically Quattro cheese with pepperoni) 2) Garlic bone-in oven roasted chicken wings 3) Bruschetta (I ask for no tomatoes on top) 4) Chicken pesto linguini pasta (it comes with a really tasty garlic bread)

My order was completely wrong and disgusting when I called the person who answered the phone said I was lying because he seen it get made then put me on the phone with the owner who then said that it was messed up because it was a dinner rush and asking for no lettuce on my hoagie is a uncommon thing to ask for during a busy time.
