"In general, I like the food of Vocelli Pizza. But the last delivery on March 11 from their Cloverly store was unacceptable. The online order was at 18.19. The order went for delivery at 7.02 PM after the email from the store. So good. The food came home at 7.50 and was almost cold. The whole dinner was pampered and the money was was wasted. Unfortunately, I gave a generous number of tips when you pay by credit card. That was my last delivery order from the store."

I ordered a 14-inch pizza but received a 13-inch one instead. That’s a 14% reduction in the amount of pizza I paid for. With 8 slices in a pizza, that means I'm missing more than just one slice. This is particularly disappointing given the current high prices for food.

Ordered a 14 inch pizza. Received a 13 inch pizza. This is 14% less pizza than ordered/paid for, and given 8 slices in a pizza, and 8x14=112, this means the equivalent of more than a slice of pizza missing. In this time of inflated prices,particularly for food, this is not appreciated.

Also the pizza I just got from them was barely warm because the delivery guy was running late (again) also they have forgotten my pepsi before once and got me a flat one another time. Pizza was misshapen, and despite ordering extra cheese and light sauce, pizza came with extra sauce and light cheese. Not to mention the crust was almost half the slice. This is a frequent issue and I experience it regularly when ordering from this store. Amongst other issues making the pizzas correctly. Additionally, despite calling the store and stating the problem, my requested replacement pizza never arrived.

I had a great experience with this restaurant. The person who took my phone order was friendly and really helpful. I was a bit unsure if I was in the right area, but they went out of their way to help me figure it out. The delivery driver was also very pleasant. I was so impressed that I felt the need to leave a review. Plus, my order arrived quite quickly. Overall, this was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thank you!
