"Customer service lacking greatly here at this location. The young lady wasn't very knowledgeable about what is severed on burgers when asked to help. I didn't have my glasses, and online menu was vague. Anyway. She didn't clarify affecivly. Got the food. The burger I order was wrong and not as she specified when I asked when ordering. Fries were burnt tasting, and I had to take them back 2 times. I got ugly looks from the cooks that are visible from the front counter. I felt very uncomfortable and u satisfied. I didn't want to go back to the counter. The man from back came he looked like he was not happy that I had complained. My son ate his burger there and had to take fries to go. I tasted the burger, and it was not quality meat, in my opinion. Had hard gristle pieces throughout.I didn't want to go back up there because they already looked angry, so I just took it home. I attempted to nibble on it while I was at home. After it was cold, it looked quite weird. The meat was thoroughly cooked at the restaurant however when it got cold, had a weird pink tinge and tasted real funny. So I tossed it. My son said his stomach was upset that night and next day with the loose stool. 30 dollars to the toilet. Either I came on a completely horrible day or thats quality.. either way I won't go back to try again at any location just because the customer service was bad and they made me feel uncomfortable. Never even apologized. Get better customer service ?. I'm completely understanding that everything won't be perfect but at the least don't treat a customer like they don't have a right to make a complaint. I've watched too many bad episodes of restaurants doing bad things to people's orders after they complain. No thank youUpdate I sent an email as they requested. And it's crickets. No response, of course I would appreciate you refund my credit card. ?"

"According to my order confirmation, it would be ready by 7:40 PM, and we arrived at the store around 7:38 PM. The manager informed me that our order would take just a few more minutes, which was perfectly fine, so I stepped back to allow other customers to approach the counter. We waited...and waited. By about 7:52 PM, I spotted a bag sitting on the counter and asked the manager if that was our order. I have no idea how long it had been there, but the food was lukewarm by the time we got home. We also ordered a milkshake, frozen custard, and a concrete, so the manager checked with the woman preparing those items. She handed me the custard in a cup without a lid and a churro poking out—it looked delicious, but I had to drive home with it. The manager managed to find a French fry container for the churro and a lid to press down on the custard. I even had to ask for a bag to carry the custard, churro, and concrete. It made me wonder how they handle these orders for DoorDash. Once we got home, the only item that impressed me was the custard—it was quite good. My son ordered onion rings that were not great, and my burger tasted overly salty for some reason. Perhaps it was the bacon or the pickles? Either way, I didn’t enjoy it much at all. Everything was lukewarm after the short five-minute drive home. Our previous visit was better, though that was during the week when it wasn't as busy, which likely made a difference. I hope my next update will feature a more positive review."

"I am a frequent customer of this BurgerFi, but felt compelled to share my observations over the last few month. This location gives BurgerFi a bad name for people in this area. I love this food chain and their food is delicious and of superior quality. It 's what keeps me coming back. The staff here is also very friendly. However, the management for this establishment specifically should be ashamed of themselves. From a blind but educated eye, it seems that they 're only interested in making the most profit possible with no regard for service. The restaurant is consistently under staffed, and at times seem under trained. There is always a line and a long wait (usually ~20 minutes AFTER ordering). Since it re opened under new management, I have never seen more than one cashier working, even during prime hours. After ordering the kids meal for my daughter, I was told they were out of apple juice, kids sized sodas and bottled water. I settled for the adult size soda. When I went to scan my loyalty card, I was told this was out of order. I can 't remember the last time it was working. The soda machines are also frequently out of order. Rarely are all of the flavors available. Today they were even out of regular coke. During my last visit the soda machine was leaking all over the floor, unattended. Today, I arrived at 7:30pm and left with my takeout order at 8:15pm. My fries were undercooked and cold, burger was cold, and kids grilled cheese was burned black. In one of my visits over the past couple of weeks, as I waited in line, I watched customer after customer yell at the cashier for not having items in stock. I felt the need to apologize to the cashier for seemingly always having to deal with frustrated customers. Then my assumption was confirmed they whispered back to me the management here has really gone to ****. The recurring theme here seems to be that of cutting corners and doing the bare minimum to maximize profit. Light on staff, light on inventory, light on service. I am hoping corporate will step in and turn this place around, otherwise I will not be back."
