"I always wanted to try burgerfi and we found one on holiday in south padre. in the first night when we went there, we were informed that they could not accept patrons anymore because some machines were broken. I was cheated, but it was a mission to go the next day. they had broken machines and were very understated. our bank was friendly and apologetic for everything. our food was delicious! the ceo was the best burger of all time! the twirl rings also best ever, like the truffle and parmeson frits! absolutely delicious!"

Absolutely phenomenal. Quick service, polite staff, and the food was incredible. The burgers themselves were savory and juicy, the lettuce high quality, and even the tomatoes were bursting with flavor. 10/10, would recommend. Also THE TRUFFLE FRIES!!!!!!!!!

Cheeseburger was good but fries were super soggy and coke was out and staff didn’t know how to purchase gift card that they were advertising right on counter .every table was dirty even though not very busy . Went back to try again and use gift card and same soggy fries and dirty tables .

Delicious food!! I was hesitant tot ray the quinoa burger but so glad I did. It was so good. Fries and onion rings were excellent too. This restaurant was deserted when we arrived. Despite the slightly high prices, our visit on 8/26/17 was definitely worth it. The juicy burgers, fabulous fries and onion rings, and tasty milkshakes were all delicious. The three cash registers that were operating that day provided excellent customer service. We will definitely come back again.

The burgers at BurgerFI are fantastic, and the service is top-notch! After a day of birdwatching, we always stop by the BurgerFI location on the island. We particularly enjoy the well-done Beyond burger and the delicious onion rings, but what truly impresses us is the efficient and excellent service that keeps us coming back time and time again.
