"The chicken Dino was delicious. The toasted ravioli was excellent. The fettuccine Alfredo half order was yummy. The calamari fritte was just OK, a little under cooked. My guest had the chicken piccata which she enjoyed. Her lemon drop cocktail was refreshing. The Stracciatella soup was disappointing. The soup was bland. Overall a very enjoyable meal but I'm a big fan of Stracciatella and was let down today. Will return to try the other classics but will skip the Stracciatella."

"I'm new to the Hudson Valley and spent some time to decide where I could order Italian food because I couldn't get pasta from my mind lol. I quickly found Stephano on Yelp and decided to give them an attempt. My father is from Italy, like the majority of my family, so naturally I am very special when it comes to Italian food. I have no complaints. literally none. Nothing under 5 stars above the food, taste, quality and packaging for a take-out order. I ordered the penne à la vodka, the orchid with sausage and broccoli rave, Arancini and a side of meatballs. Our food came with salads and really hearty rolls / garlic knots. It was still hot on arrival so I know it was made super fresh. I wish I took photos of the food outside their containers, but I made sure to make a picture of how nice together the take-out order was! I think about what I want to order next time, because everything on their menu looked amazing! Can't wait to order again"

"Buy pizza per slice or the whole pie. Enjoy their very own soda with an amazing slice of pizza. I've always been picky with my pizza and this one just knocked all others down a notch. My new all time favorite. Stop in a grab a slice that will be fresh out of the brick oven. Don't be fooled by the pizza under the glass, it will be hot and delicious!!"

"Some dishes are quite good. The pizza is enjoyable, and the pasta sauces have a nice homemade taste, especially the Alfredo and Carbonara, which are filling if you're hungry. However, the flavors aren't particularly outstanding or unique. The Carbonara had too many onions for my preference, and the serving sizes could be larger. While the pizza is tasty, the restaurant is too small for comfortable dining. They also need to update their furniture, as the chairs and tables are outdated and worn. Additionally, better cleaning is needed to ensure the place smells fresh. It's a food establishment; cleanliness is essential."

"I haven't personally been to the restaurant, but we ordered delivery through DoorDash for two 12-inch pizzas and chocolate chip cannolis. I'm partially Italian and love cannolis, so I got one sausage and onion pizza and one three meat pizza. Unfortunately, my sausage pizza was missing onions, the pizzas were smaller than expected, and the cannolis were not included. The DoorDash driver mentioned that the restaurant had already contacted us about the cannolis, but that was not true. Now we have small pizzas without dessert, and I'm still hungry. The pizza was okay but not exceptional. I would prefer Imo's pizza after this disappointing experience. Perhaps we will give the restaurant another chance in person, but for now, we probably won't order from here again."

"We had our 50th anniversary party in Proietti's party room yesterday. It was absolutely beautiful! They allowed us to come in early to decorate. During service, our waitress (Eva) was attentive, keeping up with our guests' needs. The food, served buffet style, was hot and delicious! The staff did NOT rush our guests out. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of this venue for our special occasion. We highly recommend Proietti's!"

"If you're looking for creative, innovative pasta and gnocchi preparations Flavia's is your destination. We've been here twice and haven't been disappointed. This time we tried the fried and stuffed zucchini blossoms which had a delicate and crunchy coating filled with mozzarella. We also tried their version of pasta alla Norma made with gnocchi and Pasta Amatriciana. For dessert we had one cappuccino, one Americano and a delicate and light tasting Tiramisu. Lovely and hospitable service wth delicious food; and its BYOB."

"Had a great dinner experience! Beer selection is good, drinks were great, and atmosphere was excellent. Food was really good but not quite the best brick oven I've had. Excellent options and the toppings were really good. Long story short not the best pizza you will ever have but a fantastic choice overall. My wife is gluten free and they can make any pie gluten free! We wrapped up the lunch with an affagoto which was amazing!!!! So amazing, we returned after dinner for a second one. We also grabbed a brownie this time and oh my. Both were incredible!! Definitely stop in and enjoy a meal. They are always busy so come before you plan on eating so you can walk around while you wait (they will text you)."
