' She was delightful with a every request we made and made sure our food was prompt to the table. she wasn 't over ambitious regarding the clearing, making sure we were all finished before picking up the table. Finally, Cary our Waiter. He insured our orders were correct, served properly and kept returning to make sure we were never in need. Let 's talk food: My Minestrone Soup was the best I 've had in years. I could have made a meal of it, but I split an order of Eggplant Parm and could n 't have been more satisfied. It was the perfect portion with steamed spinach on the side. My mother had the Veal, which she swooned. I can 't go through everyone 's dish, but let say there were no one complained."

Historic gathering place for the rat pack, the atmosphere service and food at this classic LA restaurant lives up to its reputation. The dark ambience and full-time music combined with excellent Italian food served quickly and hot makes it a great stop. The chicken piccata was outstanding.

I recently moved to the area, and lucked out finding this place. Very cozy and quaint, authentic Italian vibe. Aesthetically appealing. The owner and bartender are so lovely. The food was delicious! I had the Chicken Picatta and the Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream recommended and rightfully so, incredible! A perfect place for either a date night, out with a few friends or even solo.
