"Make the most of Restaurant Week to explore new dining options. The service was friendly, and they kindly accommodated a small adjustment to my order, which I truly appreciated. However, the bottle of wine didn’t arrive until after the appetizers were served, resulting in the wine being enjoyed alongside a less-than-hot starter (the firecracker shrimp), which made it cool down even more. The main course was quite brief in terms of aging, but it was far from spectacular. The gluten-free chocolate cake had a cheesecake-like texture and was very good. The wine list is impressive for this type of establishment. Overall, it feels like it has been eight years of going without (since 2021)."

"I won’t pretend otherwise—the food was actually good. However, I was taken aback by the 15% charge labeled “for cooking your food to perfection” and a $2.93 fee for using cash. Additionally, the server didn’t want to bring me the bill after I paid; instead, she handed me a blank bill for a tip. When she called the manager, he claimed he wasn’t in charge and was just there dealing with the computer. In the end, he said the owner wasn’t available, so there was nothing he could do. What frustrated me the most was that there was no percentage listed on the menu—check my pictures for more context. I would consider returning, but their lack of empathy and the way I was made to feel guilty, along with them not taking responsibility for their mistakes, makes me hesitant to recommend this place. They charged almost $10 for nothing, which is unacceptable."

"The location is gorgeous, and my partner and I appreciated the music and overall atmosphere. However, for the patently ridiculous price of my meal I was expecting some food of quality, and was severely disappointed. My Fish Tacos were a soggy tasteless mess of which I ate half of one taco (they provided three). I should’ve asked the server to have the item comped, as I barely ate it and it cost me $20. The “Big Bowl of Macaroni and Cheese” was at least edible, although somehow that managed to disappoint my partner as well. Portion size was not large, the noodles were overdone, and again the béchamel sauce was very bland. We will not be going here again, as even if the price was significantly more reasonable the food would still be subpar in quality."

"We made a reservation for Mother's Day, but after being seated, we waited over 30 minutes without even being offered water. Meanwhile, other parties who were seated after us were promptly served drinks and appetizers. When we flagged down a passing server to inquire about our assigned server, she said she would check on it, but we never heard back. This made us feel extremely unwelcome, and after an hour of waiting without any service, we decided to leave. Strangely, no one stopped us or inquired about our departure. We were the only Asian family in the restaurant, surrounded by white Americans, and while we don’t want to assume this was due to racism, it’s hard not to consider it. This was truly the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had."

"Had a ladies ' night with 5 friends at Tico on a Saturday night in November. The ambiance was warm and inviting with a variety of patrons both young and old. Initially service was very attentive with drinks coming out quickly and the waitress checking multiple times on our readiness to order food. Food was delicious, we tried a number of options on the Small Plates section of the menu and the mac n cheese was the crowd favorite. However it seems that after a large party arrived, our table may have become less of a priority. The second round of drinks (margaritas) had too much lime and when we asked for another pitcher and to have our food packed up, we were instead brought the bill and the food was cleared away. Not sure if our waitress was overwhelmed or if there was some confusion in communication the energy got very lively towards the end of our meal and it might have been hard to hear. All in all the food was certainly worth the trip and all of us were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable check!"

"They are a friendly small diner with homemade and more common vendor items like chips and sodas. Their Ruben is good and I'd rate it a 7/10. It's juicy, the bread is lightly toasted. The cheese and meat are thick slices. And, there is plenty dressing. Ihad ordered two ruebens, one with cheese and one without. They nicely wrote cheese on the one with. And if you think thatsstandard, no. Not everyone nor every diner does that. : The fried mushrooms taste fresh and all of their fried foods arehardly oily at all. The beer-battered fries are good as well. Everything is made fresh and tastes fresh. The fries are nicelycoated, again not oily at all. The seasoning is light and soft on the palate. The fries aren't compact or starchy, but ratherhave a bite past the coating and then a nice soft chew. You can request to have dipping sauces with the appetizers, and theywill give you ranch with most everything and ketchup for the fries. The jalapeño poppers are a 8/10. They have a nice crunchyouter battered layer, and are nice, fresh well-cooked jalapeños with a stuffing of cheese inside. These come with ranch saucestoo. Usually two cups. The kid's Mac and cheese taste like kraft Mac n cheese but while they don't have any extra sauce to sloparound, it tastes very buttery. All around 10/10 for the quick meal service and service with a smile. :"

"The food here is consistently fresh, and the menu is extensive with a wide variety of excellent dishes. Their pizza is particularly tasty, and the sandwiches are made with pizza dough bread, adding a unique touch. One of my personal favorites is the chicken roll, which comes in a pizza dough shell filled with chicken, spinach, and garlic, paired with marinara sauce for dipping. The linguini with white clams is among the best you'll find in the area, and the eggplant parmigiano is exceptional as well—it's a healthier option since it's neither breaded nor fried. I’ve been visiting this restaurant for many years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal."

Looking for dinner, we roamed around and happened upon your location. We looked like a bunch of hillbillies in our shorts, hats, and graphic shirts, and your restaurant welcomed us in without pause. Not only that, but the food was absolute sensational—sensational enough for me to be reviewing you 5+ years later. I see your reviews are just as high and suspect you must be doing something right. "I recently dined at this establishment on a Saturday evening when they featured live saxophone music. The saxophonist, Glebe, was incredible and truly enhanced the ambiance of the place. The food was delicious, and the bartender provided excellent service throughout the evening. However, one aspect of my experience was disappointing: the service from one particular waitress. While I enjoyed the saxophone music and overall atmosphere, my experience was somewhat overshadowed by her inattentiveness. I found myself waiting over 15 minutes without any interaction from her, which was quite frustrating given how well everything else was going. I hope management takes note of this review and addresses the issue with this waitress. It's essential for them to improve service quality so that future guests do not face similar challenges. In a customer-focused business, friendly and attentive service is vital for creating a positive dining experience. Despite this negative aspect, I still appreciated the talented saxophonist and the wonderful food. Overall, it was a mixed experience. I look forward to returning for the great entertainment and food, but I sincerely hope to have a better experience with service next time."

"The place is tiny, but WOW! What a wollup it packs. Great food, great service, great prices, plus beer and wine! The owner is Moroccan and raised in France. He puts a very well rounded Mediterranean spin on his menu. His Moroccan food is lovingly prepared and tastes like home cooking. We had a sampler of three salads: a Turkish Choban salad, a Moroccan beet salad, and a Tabbouleh salad. All served with warm, crusty Turkish bread and a tiny plate of wine cured olives. Next was Moroccan Harira soup...lentils, chick peas, beef, rice and Moroccan spices in a hearty broth. Our main course was two tagines of homemade couscous, vegetables and meat one tagine with beef, one with chicken), and firey harisa sauce on the side. We finished off our meal with Moroccan mint tea and French macarons."

"This visit to Anthony’s Prime Steak Seafood was a send off dinner for a visiting relative, and it was rave in every way! Our servers were so warm and welcoming, like old friends, which set a magical tone to our evening. The food was absolutely sublime we shared a 28 oz. Australian lobster, plus crab and two shrimp entrees. The shrimp sauce was so delectable, with just the right amount of horseradish zesty snap! Then we shared a chocolate dessert, which was the perfect finish to our meal. We’re confident that our guest left with the best memories of this fabulous meal! He’ll be bragging about it for quite some time! It could not have been surpassed, and we most grateful to Anthony’s amazing chefs and servers for delivering an incredible dining experience!"

"I LOVE KALE MY NAME! The food coupled with the amazing owner, Nemanja, and wonderful staff, make it an extraordinary experience every time! My absolute favorite is the cauliflower and waffles, which I ordered for three straight visits (brunch is now ALL DAY !!! I also really enjoy the Mac n cheese balls, oyster mushroom wrap, lentil soup, chilaquiles, and avocado tacos. When I’m feeling boozy, my favorite is the lavender mojito. "Food was excellent. Our waitress could have been more attentive. Food came out quickly but waitress never asked how we were afterward. My wife ordered an ice tea that was undrinkable but didn't get any attention from waitress until after we were done eating. I would've liked a refill on my soda but same . There were 4 tables with customers after we had arrived but it was getting steadily busier . I still would return though ."
