"I ordered food through Uber Eats, but the driver delivered it to the wrong address. When I called the restaurant, the woman on the phone said the driver would bring it to the correct house. Instead, they left it on the porch of the wrong house. As a nurse just coming off a 12-hour shift, I was starving and completely exhausted, desperately wanting my dinner. When I called again, the woman assured me she would cancel the order, but that never happened. Now, two hours later, the restaurant is closed and my order is still marked as "preparing" in the app. I'm feeling overwhelmed and upset because this has only made my day worse. To top it off, I was still charged $30 for food I never received! I've ordered from here many times before, but I won't be returning."
