"If I could rate my experience from Hooters yesterday, I’ll rate it 0 stars. My boyfriend and I love Hooters, especially because Hooters play the games that my boyfriend likes to watch. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had reservations for 9:30 pm. We received our table quickly. Our waiter name was Secret. We didn’t receive our food until 10:55pm. Which could’ve influenced her actions to give us poor service. Maybe she was over sat. Remember though, we’re only a party of two; and our waiter brought out our Pepsi’s 25 minutes after we ordered our food. We didn’t even receive a straws for our drinks. We also didn’t see her again until our food came out at 10:55 pm. At that time, we was finally able to ask for straws for our drinks, and by time then, our drinks had melted from the ice. Causing our drinks to be water down. Since it’s Covid, we don’t drink off of cups directly, and straws would’ve been appreciated. As a customer, I also felt uncomfortable because I am in my 20’s and I’m not sure if my service was bad by Secret because my boyfriend and I appear to be younger than what we look, she was overly sat, or both. She also never acknowledged my presence; she only communicated and made eye contact with my boyfriend. Which I find highly unprofessional because she had a party of two not one. Either way, we both had a bad experience overall and will not be returning anymore."
