"First time ever at this location. And I have to say it was a bad experience. We had reservations so as soon as we got there we got sat right away which was good .. then the waitress took our order for drinks and appetizers.. as soon as we got our drinks she took our order for the food. my friends and husband order wings. I got the burger well done because I'm currently pregnant and didn't want to risk in getting sick for eating it medium well .. as we were waiting for our food the restaurant started getting busy. It was past almost a 1hr for our food we notice people that arrive after us got seated , food was serve to them and they were ready for their bill. And we were still WAITING!!!! according to the waitress the reason behind the wait was because I had as for a WELL DONE burger I didn't know it took a 1hr for a well done burger and if that's the case I don't understand why my friends Nd husband had to wait for their wings and fries. When we finally got our food I notice my burger wasn't even well done , they asked if I wanted it replace but why would I wait 1hr additional for a burger again. They took 12- off bill for the inconvenience but i notice they charged me refills!I don't think that was good customer service as a manager I would have offer free refills and not even charge the burger that wasn't even cooked how it should've been. I think it was a horrible way of handling the situation! Be careful when going here Bcus if something is wrong with your food they won't be able do much for you but to make you wait even more!"

lunch that takes a bite to eat, I usually don't eat in almost foods! but it's always great to see tw and catch on sport. I have ordered the grilled Mahi sandwich, and it was bland as hell, that is a lection for them children cans go not fish in a wing facility that they lose each time! I recommend this place to order nothing outside chicken wings.

Its been a while, I should have called ahead to be aware to call ahead and make reservations for dining table seating areas however was able to find a spot(s) at the bar (tight but fair enough). Brie/Bree (apologies if misspelled) behind the bar, was friendly and quick with service. Summary: Call ahead for dinning seating but bar is fun enough as well.Ps. ordered bone-in and the original hooter hot sauce, wings were on point this time.

Just tried to get dinner at Hooter’s. Hostess was explaining that the restaurant was only taking reservations and was booked except bar seats. I asked if anyone was almost finished at the bar. Manager came over, butt in and said that she was giving us false hope and there were no seats and they were full. Turned around and left. Hostess was trying to be accommodating and manager needs training on customer service. Would have been willing to wait a few minutes for a bar seat. We were coming in to eat and when we realized they were busy we decided to get our food to go. Totally willing to chill and wait while having a few beers but the service was terrible. It took a while to get the first beer and would have ordered another plus shots but the bartender was too busy and didn’t really pay attention to us. The manager himself walked passed us multiple times while we tried to get our bartenders attention and avoided eye contact with us. Seriously, we were the easiest tip to make especially for a Togo order (which we usually tip 20% anyways) but we were totally neglected.

Wanted to enjoy a nice tasty dinner with my friends but guess went to the wrong place. Ordered traditional medium wings and they tasted like chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds. No silverware was offered therefore we told Chloe about it and she took about 15 minutes to finally give us the silverware so we can finally eat our food cold since it was cooled down by then. If you want to visit hooters next time bring your own silverware and sauce for very dry wings. Another thing is we wanted to get dessert but before we can order any Chloe placed the check on our table without asking if we wanted anything else like any other server would do.
