"I came here with my food group and we were all so pleased with this place. Our server Eric was just fantastic, he made great recommendations, was very attentive, and quick to go out of his way( taking out pictures). We started with the Escargots à la Bourguignonne and the Napoléon de Champignons Sauvages (mushrooms) and both were just delicious!! The escargot was my favorite of the two though, it was FULL of flavor. Next time I will order two of them for the table. For my entree I had the Canard Rôti au Cassi (duck) and once again, full of flavor. This place really knows how to season their food. I couldn’t have picked a better plate. For desert we tried them all lol and my favorite was the Tarte aux Pommes (apple tart). I love this place. They knocked everything out of the park. I didn’t have high expectations given that it’s in a shopping center, but boy was I wrong!"

"I have been a regular at Portland City Grill for many years, appreciating its ambiance and dining offerings. However, my recent visit for my parents' 48th wedding anniversary was notably disappointing, a stark contrast to previous experiences. Our evening felt uncomfortably rushed. Even as we were still enjoying our meals, the bus staff began clearing our plates, some of which still had food on them. This rushed service detracted significantly from our ability to enjoy our special family occasion at a leisurely pace. Additionally, a major letdown was the temperature of the food. When our dishes arrived, they were cold. I specifically requested that my potatoes be warmed up, and although the staff did provide a new serving, the replacement was, unfortunately, also cold. This was particularly disheartening as the reasonable prices usually reflect not just the quality but also the proper service and presentation of the food. Furthermore, the total bill for our dinner amounted to over $800, which compounded our disappointment given the issues with service and food temperature. For such a significant expenditure, one expects both the food and the service to be impeccable. Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Portland City Grill, especially given the significance of the occasion. I hope this incident is an anomaly and not indicative of a downward trend in service and quality."

"party of seven to birthday party. had a reservation with much note. two small tables of different heights were pushed together. uneven heights made it difficult for two people to find a place to put a plate. the order was accepted quite quickly. servier plates, appetizers and beverages were taken out within 10 minutes. it took a while until the dinner arrived. while we waited, no one came to the table to remove the empty appetizers and plates. when six of the seven dinners arrived, the server pressed the plates simply on the table and went away. So, now we are faced with six escapes, seven empty feed plates and four empty feed tablets and several empty drinks is on two small uneven tables. it took one because to find our server to ask for the 7th escape. also asked them to remove the empty feed plates and tablets. I think she forgot to order the 7th escape based on how long it took until it finally came out. Of course, at that time everyone else was eating ice cold. has not complained. it was. next I see the check has dropped. we probably told the server at least three times that we celebrate birthday. yet she falls off the hustle and bustle without asking if someone wanted something else to be gloomy? with a coaxing from us, the server has taken over the desert order. of course was served gloomy without removing any of the tellers. overall, unpleasant experience. eating was not only cold, but subpar, and that's nice. strong hit them another place to spend $275 for cold, lousy burger, fries service."

"The Mimosa Grill really came through for us today! We found out that our downtown hotel didn’t have room service or any way to get a mimosa, so we decided to check this place out. We had a lovely day in April, sitting on their patio and enjoying a carafe of mimosas. We opted for the classic mimosas, but they also offer some delightful variations with cranberry or pineapple juice, as well as a peach Bellini. Josh was a little disappointed that grapefruit juice wasn’t available, but he still loved all the options. I highly recommend this spot in the Charlotte area for a laid-back start to your weekend. Just a heads up—they close at 2 PM. Cheers! "

"The food tonight was excellent. Truly excellent. The service left a lot to be desired. A lot. The waiter disappeared for the first minutes I was there. Not even so much as a glass of water when the food started to arrived, the service improved. Then the waiter disappeared again. For close to minutes. I wanted a cup of coffee. No waiter anywhere in sight. I finally got up to go find a waiter (preferably my waiter) and by the time I found him I was so frustrated I could not think about what I had wanted, just thapt he was nowhere to be found. I told the waiter that our meals were excellent, but the poor service really spoiled an otherwise lovely evening. The waiter said that he had been in back" (whatever that means). I told him that I had no idea why he had "been in back", and I could not imagine why is should be OK for him to disappear for so long. After I had spoken with our waiter, the gentleman at the table next to me got up and told the waiter that he seconded what I had already said"

Dirty knife with big bits of food left on it. Dinner plate with big chip off the plate clearly visible. Wine served after the meal is 80% done. Better service and attention at red lobster than this. "I've been to old causeway on numerous occasions and the food never disappoints. Most of the time when I go I sit at the bar and never have an issue with the service. However, I got seated at a table at 8pm on a Tuesday after waiting about 45 minutes. I have never felt more rushed and uncomfortable by my waitress along with the food runners. While our appetizers were out they came around a couple times to ask if we were done and if they could clear our plates to which we said no. Our entrees came out while our apps were still out. They came around again, and started picking up our oyster plate while I literally had my oyster in my hand. While we were eating our entrees they came around a few times asking if they could clear our plates both the busboys and our own waitress and we were clearly still eating. I was picking on my french fries (which my amazing lobster roll came with so many) at the end of the meal to the point where when they came back a 4th time I let them take it, mid-eating my french fries. We ended up ordering dessert and another round of drinks at the end and you could tell their annoyance with that too. The waitress came and took the salt pepper shakers and basically took everything off our table until we were ready to ask for the check. Our waitress didnt even take a minute to grab it, she already had her check in her back pocket ready to give it to us. We got the hint she wanted us to leave (it was 10pm). Just upsetting because I've never had such rushed service before for a restaurant that closes at midnight and our waitress was waiting other tables in her section still."

"Brunch was great! We did the bubbles brunch and for 2hrs with the tasting and champagne it’s really a great deal. You get to taste everything in all four categories and then reorder what you really like. We really liked the challah toast, potatoes and eggs, fruit options, and the chicken meatballs. It also seems like they swap some things out here and there. The only thing we didn’t really like were the chairs, they weren’t the most comfortable overall."

"We wanted a tasty brunch spot and Hash Go Go was highly recommended by friends. The restaurant is located on the second floor at the top of a skinny escalator. They do not take reservations and we were told to expect quite the wait, however, we hit the jackpot and were seated within 10 minutes after arriving around 10:45 AM. We started brunch off with their tasty mimosas pineapple, blood orange and classic which were very tasty and smooth. Portion sizes for food is massive and would recommend splitting plates to make sure nothing goes to waste. The food was not only of incredible size but delicious as well! I don’t think there’s a wrong choice and is fitting for a trip to Vegas!"

"I had such high expectations and hopes for this restaurant and the girls night that I planned. We got there and of course everything was beautiful, but that was about where the good times ended. Our server took 15 minutes to come the first time and then proceeds to forget to put in our drink order so we don’t get drinks for another 20 minutes. It’s also restaurant week in Houston and we were really excited about the menu and more than half our table was going to do the specialty menu, but then after an hour of being there, our waiter says we can only do that option if everyone at the table does it, or no one can. Which I can understand, but make that known from the beginning. After we order our actual entrees, our waiter proceeds to then forget our drink orders again! It took 30 minutes to get two glasses of wine. Overall, the service was so slow and it took forever to get our drinks. I wanted to love this place so much, but for the price you’re paying, it has to be better."

"Such a beautiful restaurant. Gina was our server and she was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and saved me from ordering a drink I most likely would not have enjoyed. She gently steered me in the right direction for my taste. I ordered the cranberry and orange juice spritzer which was delicious. I also ordered one of their specials which was the red snapper. Everything on my plate was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My husband ordered the Chicken Siciliano. I don't have pictures because he was too impatient to wait and dug right into his dish which looked absolutely decadent. We were both very pleased with our entrées. We shared a piece of their flourless chocolate cake. I can't stop thinking about it and wish I had ordered one to go. Vespucci Restaurant in Cheshire is the perfect spot for a family dinner, date night, or eating out with your friends. They have a lot to choose from and as you can see they have gluten free options that will not disappoint. There are three different parking lots you can choose to park... plenty of spots. You might want to make reservations online or over the phone if you're looking to dine out on a typical busy night. I can't wait to go back and hope we get Gina again! Well done as always!"

"We arrived at 1:20PM on a Monday. It took 10 mins to get seated. Then another 30 to get out order taken. The highlight of the entire experience was the starter we got. It was chips and shrimp with an aioli dip. We ordered the pasta as an entree and the shrimp sliders. It took an hour for us to get this. The pasta tasted like canned pasta or like the pasta itself had been boiled in hotel room tap water. Disgusting. We even tried to masking the taste by asking for the dip that cake with the starters to mix into the pasta. Again, we did this because we had waited so long and were so hungry. It was absolutely horrible. Who can’t make a simple bolognese? The shrimp fritters had a pungent fish smell. My friend couldn’t even finish one slider. We asked to speak to the manager and explained our concerns to him and he apologised and took the entrees off the bill. What’s crazy is that he did not seem surprised- this is very telling because it goes to show that they know their food is trash. They took the food away and we sat for another 40 mins waiting for them to bring the bill. We were only able to leave at 3:30PM. There is no excuse for why everything took so long. This is the worst service I have received at any restaurant. Will definitely not be returning and would suggest you do not even give them a chance. Waste of time and money."

"I booked Camp Lucy pool experience for my Mom and I for a Mother Daughter day. She took off of work and we had this planned for over a month. The first hour was great, it was us and another set of people. Then about 20 young boys under 14 years old came and started playing in the pool not supervised. There was a Kid camp going on the same day we were there. If I would have known about this, I would never have scheduled a day for us to go and relax by the pool in a remote area. This was worse than being at a community pool because all the young boys were not supervised and just yelling, screaming, cussing, and I got hit in the head with a tennis ball. I love Tillies the restaurant and I’ve been several times. I spent my birthday at Camp Lucy a few years back. I am extremely disappointed with the way today went. It was a day my Mother and I were looking forward to for weeks. A day pass at the pool should have never been offered for this day."

"We decided to go to this restaurant as our last night in Newport before going back to the Washington DC area. The ambience was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very kind except I guess she was one of the Managers. At the end of our meal, she came by to see if we wanted the check before even offering us dessert. We told her we were not ready yet. Never did she come by just see if we were okay and pleased with everything. Our waiter was so gracious and asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu which we reviewed and respectfully declined. The woman Manager came back again and asked did you get the check yet? I politely asked her is there a reason we are being asked to leave? She said oh no I just was checking because I read it was your anniversary and I wanted to see if you want a piece of cake. I politely declined her cake as we travel all over the country and I have never been asked twice if I need the check. Was she questioning our ability to satisfy the expense? My husband reminded me although identified as four star, luxury level restaurants know better than to do that. So essentially it speaks for itself.Hospitality 101 is to never rush your customers especially new ones out of your restaurant especially when no one is waiting on the table. Treat all customers with the same respect! You never know who you are talking too, and unfortunately I will remember this poor decision.Otherwise, thank you to the waiter and host that were so great!"

"A Disastrous Dining Experience Avoid This Restaurant! I recently had the unfortunate misfortune of dining at Orsay, and it was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment the head waiter told me they are not participating in the restaurant week which I confirm before reserving the date and time, it was evident that this place was an absolute disaster waiting to happen. I can only hope that sharing my terrible experience here will prevent others from suffering the same fate. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers. It took forever for someone to acknowledge our presence, and even then, they seemed annoyed by our mere existence. We had to wave down a server multiple times just to get our order taken, and they got it wrong twice! Their lack of professionalism was staggering. When the food finally arrived, it was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. I ordered a steak that resembled a hockey puck overcooked, dry, and tasteless. The sides were no better; they were undercooked and lacked any discernible flavor. It was clear that the kitchen staff had no idea what they were doing. It was like dining in a run down fast food joint rather than a supposedly reputable restaurant. In conclusion, Orsay is hands down the worst restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The combination of appalling service, atrocious food, and exorbitant prices make it a dining nightmare. Save your time, money, and taste buds by avoiding this establishment at all costs."

(They have a long history of sending back almost every steak they order)... Not this one! It was perfect. Realty a great place and if we are back in the area we won't miss it! Highest recommendation. Parking: You can park next to the building in their ample lot. With two entrances you won't have a long walk to a door. There were no steps to get in the building or once you were inside the building so easy access for people with mobility issues"
