Despite purchasing a meal and a drink, Upon approaching the machine with my own cup, I was confronted by an elderly staff member who seemed agitated and didn't communicate well in English. Instead of politely clarifying, he aggressively demanded to see my receipt and insisted I use their cup. After explaining that I had already paid and showing him my receipt, he reluctantly allowed me to use my own cup. However, moments later, he abruptly took away my cup without explanation, causing unnecessary inconvenience and embarrassment. This incident not only highlighted poor customer service but also a lack of respect and understanding from the staff. Such behavior is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one where customers expect to enjoy a meal without unnecessary hassle. Overall, my experience at Pita Inn was marred by this unfortunate interaction, leaving me hesitant to return or recommend it to others. Improved communication and better training in customer service are essential for creating a welcoming environment for all patrons."
