"I never go out of my way to leave a negative review for a business. But my family and I visited One Hummus last week for some falafel sandwiches, and when our order arrived the bread was cold. My mom asked why it was cold, and the server said (in arabic) We 're not a bakery, we buy our bread from somewhere else. She asked him if they had a toaster.. and instead of offering to heat it up, he said We heat our shawerma bread, not the falafel. and walked away. Customer service is everything for me, so although I frequently purchased their falafel and sides, they will no longer have my business."

Restaurant is closed, arrived at 23:40, i ordered through uber and when i arrived to pickup it says the hours are from 10AM to 10PM on the door. Update your hours and stop wasting people’s time.

Honestly everything I ordered was bland, couldn't taste any flavor from it. Was quite disappointed with the hummus, hope they relaunch their hummus because their name is not up to standard to what it actually tastes like

It's Friday at 930. I pull up and they're closing. The website said 12am close time. The door says 10. I don't believe in bashing a small business. I haven't had a chance to try their food. As a vegetarian in the area, I was genuinely excited that a place I might like would be open late. Guess that's too good to be true. I hope they update their hours online though.

Wow!! I am a homemade hummus kinda guy, been making it for years, it's almost to easy not to people love it. I went here because relatives from Israel were coming I am out of my house. We are in Richardson saw their sign. These folks take a tremendous amount of pride in their hummus. Creamy, smooth, rich. Just watching them pack my takeaway was impressive. The folks from Israel gave it I might not be making hummus for a while. Really Really Great!!

"A mean chicken sandwich, along with an array of other diverse items, is what you can expect to find here.Their chicken sandwich, though pricier than one at a fast food drive thru, is well worth it. It's a well seasoned breast fried with a well-balanced crispy batter. And, to top it off, it's bigger than cheaper fried chicken sandwiches elsewhere. The classic chicken sandwich is satisfying, but some of their other sauced variations might satisfy people who want more unique flavors on their sandwiches.Everything tastes fresh, and the organic cage free chicken they claim to use can be tasted. It's a juicy clean tasting chicken, and one's stomach can feel it later. Unlike a lot of other fried chicken sandwiches, there's a remarkable lightness about it.The fries they have are fresh and hot, but are also thick crinkle cut fries which may not be in some people's taste. Luckily, the homemade chips they make up for that fact, and they shockingly taste much better than they should. For those hoping for a healthier option, this place offers plenty of wildly delicious choices involving grilled chicken, quinoa salads, wraps, and many others that are no less creative than their fried chicken choices. The stellar atmosphere and friendly service cap it all off.If anything can be complained about, it's that the biscuits here are too soft, and lack the crumbly crispy texture of a regular biscuit one is used to eating. While it's not bad at all, some may not find it to their taste."
