"I'll start with the very off-putting part: your sign on the door telling me a mask was required if not vaccinated. I still sat and ate in your establishment without either, now what? You don't get to make that decision for myself or anyone else. Now that we got past that awkwardness. The interior/dining area was a bit different/off the wall. The prime rib definitely made up for it, the meal was a definite win. The food was excellent and we had good service despite it being pretty busy. My only other minor complaint was there was only one stall in the women's bathroom. It would greatly help if there was more than one in each women's and men's restrooms. I ended up waiting a really long time for the one stall to free up and ended up leaving without being able to use the restroom."

"We've been to Babe's several times and have always left very happy. The manager is very helpful and makes sure to label everything that's vegan. You can get all kinds of sundaes, banana splits, shakes, cones, ice cream sandwiches and even cakes. All of their bakery is made at a local vegan bakery and they always have at least two vegan flavors. The Expresso Oreo Soy is fantastic and they make their vegan whipped topping from scratch, which is SO good! They've asked us for suggestions for other vegan flavors, as well, so they're very willing to expand their selection."

"Disappointing. We walked in on a whim from a delicious smell as we passed by outside. I have no idea what we smelled that was so good. We ordered burnt ends and smoked meatballs. Of course they were really barbecued, but on flavor alone, I honestly couldn't tell if they had any contact with barbecue smoke. No smoky flavor at all. Very heavy on the sweet barbecue sauce. Sides were small and bland. Service wasn't particularly good either. I really like to try and see the best in the places I visit, but the only appeal that I could find here is maybe it's a nice bar to watch sports with some friends. They also charge extra for credit card usage. They call this out, so it's not a surprise, but wanted to give a heads up in the review."

"First trip to the Carnegie location of scoops! Great spot on Main Street and I love the inside! Some seating but not much. We got a single scoop- it's a huge serving of ice cream IMO. I got the moosetracks and my fiancé got the cannoli. Both were tasty but the waffle cones/bowl really were great. We went on a cold night so we thought it would be all but there was quite a line. There was one young girl working and you could tell she was overwhelmed. One guy in front of us was being a total jagoff but she handled him and the line like a pro!! We'll be back :"

"I love Brusters icecream and when home in VA our family has it every Saturday as a tradition. Due to is being out of town we didn’t have it yesterday and decided to get some today at this Middletown, Delaware location. Customer service was great but sanitation not so much. I was very turned off that the cashier did not wear a glove or clean her hands in between taking payment, using the register, scratching her head, rubbing her hands on her pants. She just grabbed a cone put in the holder, scooped the icecream and was even still touching the cone when handing it to me. Please ensure your employees use proper cleanliness practices and that they are being trained properly. I saw the sign that said they were in training, and that should have been a day one lesson."

"A true delight! Various types of cones, cups, milkshakes, cakes, if can describe what you want, I believe they can make it. Best pistachio ice cream around- why? It is sweet but only enough to bring out the flavor of the nut.Most pistachio if you can find that classic flavor, is too sweet, it over powers the delicate flavor of the delicate nut. Scoops also has whole or good size pieces of nut in their pistachio. Yum-Prices are reasonable. Special note- don't want a full size cone? They will give a child size to adults, some places get testy about doing that. A child size sugar cone with pistachio scoop- ahh- a true delight and the price makes my pocket happy.Remember when you got a lollipop after a trip to Doctor? OK, might have been regional or you might be too young to have had that experience, this is a very good sub for that old school treat.Got another sub for that old treat- will mention in comments about that other place.Ps these folks are on bus routes and directly across from Hospital."

"Baskin-Robbins, known for its 31 flavors, is a place I've visited multiple times, trying various items from their menu. The staff is fantastic, always ready with suggestions and honest opinions about the newest flavors, whether you're ordering scoops or splits. My personal favorite is the milkshakes, and I love experimenting by mixing different flavors. Depending on the time and the weather, you might find a line for their delicious treats, but often I can walk right up to the counter. The shop is consistently clean, and they always have the classic flavors available. My only complaint about Baskin-Robbins is the price. I understand costs have gone up on just about everything, but I think paying nearly $4 for a scoop of ice cream is excessive. Despite that, the service is quick, and they offer a wide array of flavors that I really enjoy."

"After a long hot treacherous day of moving, my buddy decided that this place was the one I needed to try, and my good lord, it did not disappoint at all. I was skeptical, but when I tell you that the frozen yogurt that I had at this establishment was richer and tastier than most genuine italian gelatos that Ive had, I kid you not, the yogurt was refreshing, so cold, yet not harsh on the teeth, and dont forget to add a topping, I personally chose pistachio/amaretto froyo with maraschino cherry topping, without a doubt a new favorite. "I don't know how many years we've come here... at least 20. There are still few places. The carved wooden bar is an artwork. It's a kind of dim when you come first and I came to like it like that. My little family, including our dog Fiona, decided to check out Scoops on a weeknight, and we were thrilled when they welcomed us inside to explore the ice cream selections and place our orders.
