"I’ve been coming to this ice cream spot with my family for a couple of years now, and the ice cream is always great, but the service has definitely gone downhill recently. I had an encounter with a lady who took my order, and honestly, she made me rethink ever coming back. She didn’t even greet me—just took my order with an attitude the whole time like she was mad for no reason or I was bothering her asking for free ice cream or something. It really threw me off, and I wasn’t expecting that from someone working in customer service. I mean, I’m a paying customer, trying to enjoy some ice cream, and the least she could’ve done is match my energy or at least be polite. She was almost rolling her eyes like I was bothering her and kept a straight face the whooole time. There was another person working with her who was super nice though! He came over to ask if we were being helped, but unfortunately, the lady taking our order was the one helping us. Still, kudos to the other employee for trying to be friendly. When I completed my order, I was given the total and paid I said thank you! bc I was thought manners and she completely ignored me and turn around even a yes or bye would’ve been nice. I get that retail and customer service jobs can be tough, but if you’re in that kind of position, it’s important to be polite and show basic respect to customers. If you’re not in the mood to be friendly, or show respect to customers, maybe this isn’t the right job for you. The ice cream is still good, but I’m not sure if I’ll be back with that kind of service. Ice cream is great tho"

Can get pricey but it is an ice cream parlor, so understood. Gone here all my life and never had notably bad service. Never gotten freezer burnt ice cream!

Came here to purchase a ice cream cake foe my son's birthday. Which was amazing by the way. The store was clean the staff was friendly. I enjoyed my experience here. This place has been around since I was a little girl has always been the place to go for ice cream. And now my kids get to experience them as well. Just perfect.10/10 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other View menu

Me and my family have ordered ice cream cakes from here three times and every single time they've been wrong. I ordered a blue cannoli flavored 7 cake and was given an 8 red and green vanilla and chocolate cake. This cake was for my 18th birthday not Christmas. Not to mention that obviously the larger cake size, along with the cannoli flavor cost EXTRA, so I was upcharged for something I didn't even order!

I ordered through Uber eats. Cancelled the Bundle order due to initial restaurant cancelled their order due to them not taking orders. So I cancelled the Gelotti order and was just informed I was charged a cancellation fee PLUS full price of order. So I paid $30 for gelato I never got. I’ll never buy from them again. I’ve gone in person. They just lost a customer and be careful when ordering delivery. Service: Delivery

This is hands down the best ice cream in the area (I would know) Pro tips if it?s your first time: *You can get any ice cream flavor blended into a milk shake. *You can take a quart of any flavor home. Some are pre-packaged in the fridge (which is cheaper to buy) but if it?s not they?ll just prepare one for you which is nice and a little more budget friendly if you?re getting a lot. *You can also buy the cones and toppings to take home. This is a really nice ice creamery, with lot of options From Ice Creams to Cakes , ice cream to take away , ice cream for home and more The shop is huge , the service is good But , the ice cream could be bit better , investing so much in a nice shop and giving just above average of ice cream does not make sense to me I was between 3 and 4 stars , and decided to give 4 , but again they are just above the line It's definitely not bad Pricing is Ok too Lots of

Came here for ice cream. The store was super clean and the staff was wonderful! They had so many different flavors! I decided to go with the vanilla raspberry chip gelato and the vanilla peanut butter ice cream. The gelato was so creamy and the raspberries were very fresh, vanilla peanut butter was also delicious but not as creamy as the gelato. We also got rum raisin, coconut, tiramisu, and strawberry. The strawberry was very fresh and sweet. The tiramisu had a very light coffee taste, but it was delicious as I’m not a fan of coffee.would definitely recommend coming here!

"Update 11/19/22: So far I’ve had the Dolma 3 times and sadly I won’t ever be ordering it again. First time, I really enjoyed it. It was nice and tangy and had good flavor. Second time, it was definitely a different recipe, and did not taste as good as the first time but it was edible. This most recent order was again a different recipe, did not have the same flavor as the first two times, was a lot more spicy and had some other spices in it that weren’t in jt before and the dealbreaker for us was that all of our stuffed onions were so burnt that we could not eat them and threw them out. They were burnt through to the middle, not just the outside. The grape leaves were all mushy and just hard to eat, there were no peppers, and they gave us such a small portion for $14.99. This time there was bread which I appreciated, however, the bread was raw around the edges and so we just ended up throwing that out as well. Why are you serving burnt dolma? If you see that it’s burnt, you don’t serve it! If you want returning customers you don’t cheat people out of their money. We ordered Dolma for takeout. And the mint yogurt drink. The dolma is very good and nice and tangy as Iraqi Dolma should be. I don’t like that they placed the dolma on a bed of shredded lettuce. I don’t get that. No one wants to eat soggy lettuce. Would have been better with bread underneath or just plain with nothing. Also it’s a total waste of lettuce because no one eats it. The yogurt drink was also good but unfortunately it was warm. Would have liked it better if it was ice cold. That being said, I’m happy about there being an Iraqi restaurant in the neighborhood and I look forward to going there to try out more delicious Iraqi food."
