"I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant on December 31, 2022, due to the behavior of a staff member with colorful hair. My family, who primarily speaks Spanish, faced a language barrier, which she seemed to exploit. Instead of being patient, she treated us as if we were clueless and continued to ask about our orders with a poor attitude, despite our repeated explanations. When our drinks arrived, she placed them down and rudely instructed us to pick them up, waving her arms and saying, "Hello, are you going to get your drinks?" I understand that working on New Year’s Eve can be stressful, but that doesn't excuse taking frustration out on customers. This experience reflected badly on the business, and it was a clear case of terrible customer service."
