"My coworker was going to do a lunch run to Rubio's and offered to pick something up for me. I took her up on her offer but since I was going to eat in my office, I figured I'd not get fish in case it was smelly, so I picked a California Bowl with chicken boy, what a big mistake that was. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good at all! The chicken was really dry, the rice was supposed to be a citrus rice, but it was just white rice, everything was very bland, the guac had no seasoning and I didn't understand the purpose of sprinkling lettuce in the bowl ?? The lettuce was very random I would take a bite of rice and beans, and would get a stray leaf of lettuce. It just didn't seem to work. If I wanted a salad, I would have ordered a salad.But I can't complain too much because I really shouldn't have had too high of an expectation from a fish place serving chicken. Lesson learned, I should just stick to fish tacos if I go to Rubio's."
