"I have been wanting to try this place for years, and finally, at long last, I had the pleasure of going. The word of mouth on this place, from those I have heard from personally has all been good. The opportunity finally came up and we took it. So glad we did...The TL;DR version of this is that I won't be waiting long for the return trip... From the street it's a non descript place, nothing flashy about it, kinda reminds me of a breakfast only place if it weren't for the outdoor seating that tells me it's a full restaurant. The inside, nicely and warmly decorated, reminds me more of a diner than anything, but this ain't no diner the menu and what is prepared and delivered to the table says otherwise. For dinner I had their chef special of the sea bass, my wife had their chicken fried chicken, and our niece had their chicken tenders. The sea bass with the gnocchi and veggies was spectacular, while the fried chicken and the chicken tenders were enjoyed by my companions. For dessert we shared their coconut cream cake, chocolate cake, and chocolate chip cookies all home made and in the case of the coconut cake spectacular as well. Service was super friendly, super efficient, and when they can keep my wife's iced tea bottomless it's always a plus. I was impressed at how well they kept up with us and how patient they were, given it was our first time in. It took me years to make it to this place. I will tell you, it won't be that long before I return. This is truly a gem of a place..."

"Friend and I came here on Tuesday for lunch at about 11:30. I did notice right away that it was very clean. The menus were clean, too. Not sticky or greasy. Everyone who worked there was really friendly and attentive. It wasn't busy, maybe 2 tables beside us. I didn't think much of it at first. I was really surprised at how expensive it was. I ordered my favorite sandwich, a BLT, which wasn't that pricey at about $14.99. My friend got a patty melt, which I think was $18.99. An omelet was almost $20.00. We didn't order anything other than the BLT and the patty melt, but we talked about the prices, and we figured that's why there was nobody there. So when the food came, the presentation was great, but it was the actual food that impressed me. The BLT was really, really good. They didn't skimp on the ? bacon. They used larger'ish pieces of toast, and the lettuce and tomatoes were so fresh. The tomatoes weren't squishy, and they actually had flavor. There was a serious mound of curly fries. I regret not taking a picture. I'm torn with this review. Yes, it was expensive, but the quality and the large sandwiches that we got were right on. Cooked perfectly, clean crispy lettuce, a very generous amount of thick bacon and tasty firm tomatoes. Big fat patty melt on big fresh bread. I think it was about a half pound. So, in a way, it was worth it, but other menu items seemed too expensive. We had a good time, we enjoyed the employees and our food was delicious. Parking: There are about 25-30 parking spots connected to the building. Kid-friendliness: It's a Golden Nugget, so it's a family type of diner."
