"I ordered food from this restaurant tonight. When I went to pay for my food. I handed him (owner) my credit card. Before he ran the card, I told him to add something from the cooler that was right next to the register. When I turned around from the cooler, the owner had thrown my credit card on the counter and went about his way. Instead of handing it back My credit card to me. I told him that was very unsafe and I could’ve just walked away, not realizing that he didn’t hand me back my card. That it was very impolite And disrespectful of him to just throw my card down on the counter . This wasn’t the first time he was rude to me. This is the second and last time because I would never go back there again. He seems like he just doesn’t like my presence there for no reason. So I will Take my money and spend it somewhere where I am appreciated."

"I grabbed two slices of cheese to go with a friend late on a Saturday night. The pizza was alright. The crust wasn't too dry, but the flavor of the slices were lacking without a generous helping of cheese. Still, we were able to take it directly to the Nstation and eat, so it is a convenient stop."

"We recently moved to the area and were on the hunt for a good pizza. I visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the manager, who made my food personally. I ordered a large pizza with light sauce for my son, who has a sensitive stomach, as well as a large Stromboli and curly fries. Both the pizza and Stromboli were outstanding, and everything was fresh. I even called the manager to express my gratitude because my children absolutely loved the food. We will definitely be returning! Some people mentioned that the prices were high, but given the rising costs everywhere, this place is worth every penny. The managers were incredibly sweet and appreciative of our compliments about the food. Thank you! We plan to come back every weekend!"

"Horrible customer service. Subpar Food I Ordered Family size Chicken Luis for delivery waited over an hour for our dinner to arrive with NO CHICKEN just penne and tomatoes. I honestly found it hilarious until called so I have my order corrected and was placed on hold over three times by an extremely rude young lady who couldn’t find my order because for some reason they decided to put the order under my husband's name/Number being lazy. She than told me that I can have it made over but forget its a Family size meal and puts me on hold again to talk to the manager. When the lady back on to than AGAIN ask me for my phone number to just get attitude with me and tell me to just use my husband‘s phone number because the number were the similar her to comprehend. After being placed on hold four times and dealing with an extremely rude cashier, I’m told that I could have the food remade, but it would take an hour at this point. During the entire encounter I was extremely nice and friendly and I offered to pick up the food if it would make it easier also so they could see the mistake. Nope I was told to wait 45 for delivery or have a credit for my next order. So at this point not only have I been waiting over and hour for food, treated like a liar, poorly spoken too and this is the 3rd order I’ve had incorrectly made. I requested a refund and was told “we cant do that its credit and thats it” I explained that not only have I waited hour this is a repeated problem so I wont be eating from here again. I was given the same response. I literally had to get up and go to the restaurant to have my money refunded. Smh the young lady who gave me my refund had a nasty attitude. The unfortunate part is you’d think after I offered to come in and pick up the food this would’ve been resolved and I immediately offered that before the back and forth about the phone number. The worst customer service I’ve encountered in years from the consistent mistakes, Changes to menu daily, Horrible customer service for food that is substandard also trying to force customers to credit mistakes to their next order is simply unacceptable. The food isn’t worth the price and the Customer Service is Horrible. And for those wondering why I kept ordering I mainly ordered sandwich or salads so unless a huge mistake is made It no biggie to me."

"Great dine-in vibe and feel. Food was really good, although outside of pizzas their food is below average, for the money (or expensive for what it is, if you prefer). Service was okay at best but there's plenty of staff so I will give the benefit of the doubt. It's called Pizza and Brew, folks. "We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"We paid 47$ (paid cash) for a panini, a lax cream cheese bagel, large iced cappuccino, chocolate cookie and a muffin. At the cashier I was shocked but paid because I thought it is what it is. After 5 mins I walked up to the cashier to ask about the price, and he recalculated around the same price again. I left the place but I could not stop wondering, so I recalculated and according to their signs it should have been 36$.So I just got scamed from a bagel shop."

"De Palma's has two locations, one of the West Side of Athens and another on Broad Street in Downtown. We have mostly patronized the West side branch because it is close to home but the menus are the same and the quality of the food and service are generally equal. This is good solid Italian fare with some rather inventive dishes added the fried cheese ravioli with artichokes is a favorite of mine. Their pizzas are really good too. They have a good wine selection and reasonably priced. The service is always friendly and professional."

"Astoria has several bagel spots, but Toast Roast was my go-to when I lived there. Their bagels are as good as any in the area, and although they're not larger than those from other places, there's still a great selection and they're always fresh. Toast Roast also serves better coffee than the other bagel shops in Astoria, and my kids adore their hot chocolate and apple cider (hot in winter, served cold in summer). On four separate occasions, I found myself in need of last-minute catering due to unexpected meetings. Each time, Giuseppe came through with exceptional food delivered promptly and my orders handled efficiently. I often forget to check the last-minute catering menu, but sometimes life gets in the way. "My friend and I have been in breath for over 20 years. we're awful chefs so we can eat a lot. depalma has been our way for years. from decoration to dessert it was always perfect. the staff is friendly and professional and eating is delicious. they also have an excellent wine/beer list and cocktail menu.
