"The food and beverages were excellent! The bronzino they serve is one of my fave meals out of the local restaurants offerings. The sever needs some more training. He only refilled water glasses once and that was near the end of the meal. He had to be asked to remove dirty plates and then only removed the ones in front of the person who asked. We also had to ask for bread. Overall he was simply not attentive to our needs. This is not an inexpensive restaurant so service should be much better. We did specifically request a booth next to the wall where it is quiet enough to easily have a nice conversation. Would recommend that if you don’t like loud dining establishments."

The waitress, Melanie, was very personable and provided excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations for both drinks and food. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly, arriving promptly at our table despite the restaurant being busy. The establishment was clean, and all the staff were friendly. My wife suggested the lasagna, and both she and her friend ordered it. Unfortunately, they were very disappointed, as it was mostly cheese and noodles and didn’t resemble the delicious dish my wife had during our first visit. My friend and I opted for the calfsalarm, and we faced similar disappointment. It was so tough and dry that we had to use a knife to cut it. Bocca really needs to address these issues; otherwise, they risk becoming another failed restaurant in the area. On a positive note, the service was excellent—no complaints there!
