"This is the 2nd visit to Noodle and Co recently and have overall been disappointed. At the specific location there is a tight notes hanging on the door stating that due to staffing issues they are no longer doing dine in ?for the time being ? well I am aparamedic and work 24 hour shifts and sometimes it?s difficult for us to get the time to eat. So we order online and in bothsituation when we picked up our orders there were no napkins or forks included with the order. now keep in mind if you orderonline which is the only way they are at excepting orders at this time when the food is ready they put your name on the bag andput it on a table that is placed directly in front of the front doors. There is no one there monitoring the food or ensuringthat the proper order goes to the proper person. Today myself and my partner both ordered food here again. He had even orderedhis online before I ordered mine, however when we showed up my order was ready and his first not. after further discussion withthe staff apparently they had made the order and someone had taken his order. So we had to sit and wait another 15 minutes forhis order to be remade. He said that the attitude of the staff was not very nice. And again today they were the napkins forksWith our orders. When I got out of our ambulance and went to the door I literally had to wait about five minutes for her tobring an order to the door to ask for forks napkins and sugar. When I asked for these items she looked at me as if she was notreally listening never said anything at all and just turned around and walked away. After a couple minutes she returned to thedoor with three forks, five napkins and two packs of sugar. again she never said anything she had no name tag so I?m unaware ofthe employees name and just turned around and walked away. Never apologized for any inconvenience that his food was taken bysomeone who was not the individual who placed the order. It was a very poor experience and disheartenin"
