"On Friday, I took the two little girls I nanny out for a meal, and our cashier was incredibly patient with them as they changed their minds. She was so understanding about how 'disorganized' we seemed! During our meal, she even came over to check on us. When I tried to clean up the floor and put away the two-year-old's high chair, she kindly told me not to worry about it and that she would take care of everything since my hands were full with the girls. It might not have seemed like a big deal to her, but it was a tremendous help for me! The girls left feeling like they had made a friend and continued talking about her on the way home! They had the kid's mac and cheese and the tortellini marinara, and we had plenty of leftovers for dinner that night! They didn't want another side dish besides applesauce, so the cashier simply gave each girl two applesauce pouches, which they were so excited about and quickly finished!"
