"I am very disappointed with this Noodles restaurant. Noodles has been one of my favorite places for years, so I was excited to see one open in Glastonbury. Unfortunately, the food here has not met my expectations compared to other Noodles locations I've visited. I've tried it several times, hoping that it was just a bad day, but the quality has consistently been poor. The food is served lukewarm, the tofu is hard and seems old, and the dishes are quite dry with little sauce. Even the noodles taste like they've been sitting out for a day. My husband has had similar experiences with his meals, whether it was lunch or dinner. Additionally, the restrooms are in terrible condition—often dirty and lacking toilet paper during most of my visits. On a positive note, the food did come out quickly, and the rice crispy treats were enjoyable. Overall, it seems that this location is poorly managed."
