"Ordered Curbside pickup, tipped before pickup which I'm against for reasons like this. Order was a little behind which isn't a big deal, got home order was wrong. When i called the manager said he could remake it or cancel, as I'm hungry hence the reason I ordered I said remake it. When I got there he made the wrong size, then when he made the right size he forgot the shrimp. I asked for a refund as it was a MAJOR inconvenience and he said he couldn't do it. As a customer I'm highly surprised he took that route as MOST managers would make the order right and refund. I made sure he refunded my tip, and will never tip here again and contemplating never eating here again. Extremely unprofessional manager."

It's so nice to have allergen friendly options! I come here all the time. Everyone is always so kind. My favorites include the impossible chicken lo Mein and the spicy noodles with tofu. My boyfriend is obsessed with the BBQ chicken mac and cheese

Terrible customer service. I ordered one thing and got another, when I brought it up to the counter they said the cashier put it in as what I got. No apologizes, just blame for the cashier's mistake. I just ate what was given to me. Super annoying.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. I ordered the Spicy Korean beef noodle dish, which was underwhelming in both portion and taste. The sauce was overly salty, not at all spicy and lacking the flavor one would expect from a Korean styled dish. The beef was tough and seemed like it had been frozen. Maybe I made a mistake in not ordering a more traditional Italian noodle dish? At any rate, for the prices listed I wasn’t too thrilled by my experience and it will probably be a while before I return, if at all.

The older manager that works there I think her name is Abigail is the worst manager I’ve ever seen. She was yelling at all of the other coworkers and questioning everything they would do while I was there. I watched them work while I was eating and it disgusted me to see how she was treating everyone. Never going there again until this old lady is gone... my friend works there and SAys this manager Abigail is horrendous. He is constantly yelled at. STAY AWAY from this place so it goes out of business because that is the only way to get rid of this manager. This manager even messed with the grill timer to make my friend look bad. OVERPRICED AND GREEDY AND USES AND ABUSES EMPLOYEES. STAY AWAY.
