"I've been to this restaurant a few times, but I've found the service to be inconsistent and the food lackluster at best. After reading some negative reviews and seeing their automated replies, I've decided it's better to make my own affordable ramen at home rather than return for Asian noodles here. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm not interested in discovering it. There's stiff competition nearby at Lulu's, where you can enjoy delicious spicy noodles and excellent service. I'm actually surprised that Noodles and Company remains in business. If they don't address their issues, they might end up like Quiznos. Furthermore, they should stop using robotic responses on review sites—silence would be more preferable than insincere replies. It’s evident that they don’t genuinely care about customer feedback."

The food was good, but could have used a little more sauce. The noodles were a little dry.

Only open for order ahead. Not able to take your order at the counter. Food was up quickly. My salad had lots of pieces of slimy brown lettuce I had to pick out. Chicken Veracruz

I really should have learned my lesson after a few visits. The noodles are consistently overcooked, almost like eating flavorless playdough. Do yourself a favor and choose a different restaurant. Save your money!

Cheesy Garlic Bread was so good! Was hot and soft. Wisconsin Wisconsin Mac Cheese was delicious. The amount of cheese was just right. Food was still hot. Snicker doodle Snoodle Doodle Cookie was soft, tasted fresh. View menu

They have great food for amazing prices! My personal favorite is the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken! My second favorite is the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese! Its a great place to order for a great price and good food!

Raja was fantastic. It seemed like the restaurant had brought in some new staff who were having a bit of trouble, and she was quick to jump in and offer assistance while also checking on the tables. If she isn't already a manager, she definitely deserves a promotion right away. She was exceptional.

The service was excellent, featuring a professional and friendly staff. However, I found the Asian noodle dishes to be too dry for my taste. I ended up having to add soy sauce at home to make them more enjoyable; otherwise, they felt like I was just eating plain pasta. On the bright side, the other dishes were quite good. View menu

I had the Chicken Noodle soup and my husband opted for the Thai Chicken soup. We ordered the smaller sizes, which were quite generous. Both soups were delicious, and we were very pleased with our choices. The woman who delivered our food to the table was lovely and full of energy. We look forward to trying something new on our next visit.

We came mostly for salad even though it's a pasta place. It's ok. The ingredients were good but they were packed together rather than tossed. The apples in the salad were too much and too big (this shouldn't be a fruit salad). Dressing was good. The Pad Taiwas flavorful with a slight kick. We got take out took a bit to make. It's only slightly less expensive than Panera but with alot less care (for salad). Maybe we should stick to pasta here... it does have noodles in the title after all.
