I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late."

"First of all when i said my name she didnt even know i reserved then said we dont check online reservations i had reserved for a quick business meeting. Assumed i was someone else she called before. Icalled your name u didnt answer for 4? I said no she said oh im confused. Did not get my reserved booth was almost seated by the bar and when i said i reserved online i was told they dont check online. Major attitude problem Waited additional 15 mins. They didnt have my appetizer because they didnt happen to buy jalapeños today. I got sizzling chicken and cheese the cheese was still on the skillet unmelted like a cheese slice just put on there. Even though i gave a more than decent tip the waiters in the whole place were unprofessional shouting over peoples heads and tapping them while they were waiting on a table. Never coming here again. A shame considering all the other ones i go to are a pleasant visit."

"Despite appearing to be unaware of my OpenTable reservation, the staff managed to seat us. However, the service was slow, even with a small number of customers present. This restaurant used to be my favorite, but the constant turnover of new servers, who are not familiar with the rewards program and the menu, has made my visits less enjoyable. It's frustrating, especially since I've been a loyal rewards member since 1992. Perhaps this location is just facing some challenges."

The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything.The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under everything were too chewy and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was flavorless , but the mousse cake/pie had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had NO bitterness.I would recommend Thea's for FABULOUS appetizers and an awesome beet salad but the entrees left a lot to be desired ."

I would recommend Thea's for amazing starters and a great beet salad, but the starters left a lot to be desired."

"Reserved table on line no problem. Seated quickly. Waiter tried but service bad. Drinks took forever back up at bar. Food took hour to come out. Tables who came in after us got food first. Food came out wrong. Missing items, half rack ribs. Ran out of broccoli. We had to ask for substitute, one not offered. Asked several times for cocktail sauce. The only thing manager did was take off one round of drinks. A nice mother’s day dinner was ruined."

"My wife and I are regulars at this TGIF and normally I would give them a great review. However on this particular occasion TGIF was quite disappointing, it took way too long and when the burgers came they were cold and just not up to par. The manager did offer apologies and made it up through some future discounts, but I think they need to step up and improve their game overall. This just shouldn’t happen and perhaps Saturday nights are a challenge"

"We were seated right away but waited 20 mins and no server came by. The booth we were in had a cold breeze so I requested to move to a different table. There were plenty of empty tables so there’s no problem getting another table. We waited another 10 mins or so before a server came to take our beverage order. At that point, I had to ask him for the special menu which was not included in the regular menu. After that, the service was good and we had no other issues. The half hour wait before a server come by to take our order was just unacceptable especially the restaurant was not busy. The food and value were excellent and the service after the initial wait was good."
