"we were in south beach a few days before leaving on a cruise. the bentley was absolutely beautiful, good location, totally fun dachpool and sitting area. very close to delicious restaurants and very close to the beach. the concierge was knowledgeable and interesting to chat with, and the staff behind the writing was also beautiful. the only reason why this review is not 5 stars this is. the bentley has hotel rooms and rooms that are located in VRBO owners. we were in one of those rooms. it was nice, clean, spacious. but we had no service there, and none of the TV operators worked, and neither fan in the bathroom, so showers were very steamy. if we ever come back, we book the bentley directly. south beach is also very crowded."

Food sucked! Onion rings were hard, fried shrimp were tiny, and one third of the quesadillas were not filled with anything.

TGI Friday's south beach does not have reservations so not certain why open table provides the assumption that you can have a reservation.

Bookings actually don’t work so there is little point in booking. Steak was great. Service great too. The place could do with a spruce-up, sticky doors and tables and general tiredness. View menu

We order food from the menu that they didn't have. Also, they did not take our reservation. Service was Okay, nothing out of the ordinary. I usually love going to TGI Fridays, but this location was a disappointment

Awful service, left waiting for menus, then waiting to order, then wern't given knives and forks. Half the food came out and we were waiting 15 minutes for the rest, my food was cold by the time other main courses came out. Staff are rude and ignored us, don't go.

directly on the sea dr with the beach directly opposite the hotel. the rooms were spacious, clean and smell fabulous! the passenger relations were on the spot and talked my question like new hand towels, housekeeping, etc. and that with pool was amazing! such a relaxing area to relax and look at the scenic view. will come back in any case! Love this hotel! Location is great, right across from the beach and close to all the dining and shopping you need. But what really stands out is the wonderful customer service. William at the front desk was amazing. Friendly, attentive and always greeted with a smile. Robert the concierge is a wealth of information and happy to share! He set us up with some wonderful options for dining and local exploration. Such a friendly person who you can tell loves his job. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay great!

we had a great experience at the bentley. the location is perfect, much nightlife, the beach over the street, well equipped kitchen in the unit. but the best part of the whole trip was a beautiful concierge called robert! he was funny, funny, extremely helpful, attentive, warm and compassionate. he gave great advice and let us laugh. every day we were looking forward to running into him every day. To be honest, he made the trip a truly unforgettable experience. eric at check-in at the writing table when we arrived was also incredible, but we only saw him once. thank you. bentley for employees who really care about the guest experience.
