"Unfortunately, it seems that TGIF is going through a decline. I used to enjoy eating there, but my recent experiences at different locations have been disappointing. This particular visit was especially bad. Our server, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and took a long time to serve us. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items that were missing from our meals. Even after speaking with the manager, we only received our side dishes after everyone had finished eating. Additionally, there were issues with coupons being applied incorrectly, but I didn't have the patience to wait for it to be fixed. I usually have a high level of understanding when dining out, but this experience was exceptionally poor. To make matters worse, I suffered from a severe stomach ache afterward. I do not recommend this restaurant and do not plan on returning."

"Upon entering the restaurant, I was met by the manager and host who did not greet me and seemed to glare at me. After a bit of awkwardness, I mentioned my reservation for 10 people through OpenTable, but they were unaware of it. Eventually, they located my party and made accommodations for us. While waiting by the door, I noticed two large piles of spit on the floor near the couches where we sat. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, it took a long time to place our first food order. Thankfully, a new waitress was assigned to our table and she was much friendlier and more attentive."

"Valentines Day-wasn’t as busy as I thought so surprised it took longer than it should have to get our food. The appetizer wasn’t as warm as it should’ve been but food tasted good. Our server was someone who’s waited on us before always does a great job. The only drawback was the families w/small children- the parents seemed to not care what their children did or how loud they were- not the restaurant’s fault but didn’t make for good ambience."

"It was my birthday, I made reservations for 7:00pm. We weren't seated until 7:30! I had at least 25 guest celebrating with me. The waitress seemed irritated with us asking her for simple things like refills. There was a waiter named Jeremy who assisted her and he was very pleasant and made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. We all put our entree orders in around 8:15 but was not served until 10:00 pm. This made my guest want to leave. The manager came out several times and assured us that our food would be out soon but it took 2 1/2 hours for us to eat! I feel like the staff was not prepared for a large group and it definitely was proven."

"The wait for the table wasn’t bad at all, despite the fact that the host told us that they don’t get the Open Table reservations. I don’t understand that. They also didn’t have the wine that I ordered, which seems to be the new normal. The Princeton location always seems to have it. We keep trying to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, because it USED to be our go-to spot. Now we seem to be going to other places more often to avoid the disappointment."

"at the arrival we were told that they did not accept reservations about the weekend, although they were able to make a on open table. the restaurant should be removed from the website if not to accept billing reservations. that means they have set us within 5 minutes after our reservation. our server eric was great. he was attentive and had a funny personality that would come well with our group. our foods and drinks were good, although somewhat more expensive than expected"
"The appetizers were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!! ( Brie Brulee unbelievably delicious!!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad was refreshingly cold,crisp, very tasty and a superb bite.The entrees? Not so much: Crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked..like eating raw dough. The Taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the Gyro Platte, and difficult to access in order to spread on the pita/meat/greens combo, and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything.The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under everything were too chewy and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was flavorless , but the mousse cake/pie had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had NO bitterness.I would recommend Thea's for FABULOUS appetizers and an awesome beet salad but the entrees left a lot to be desired ."

"The restaurant is generally consistent and good. This meal was a disaster. After ordering, we heard someone tell the adjacent table that the restaurant had run out of chicken tenders (at 7:15 p.m. on a Saturday). Because one of us ordered this, but were not told there was a shortage, we assumed we were the last table to receive them. When they brought two house salads, I noted that I had ordered a Caesar and the person took the salad back. When our dinners they told us they had run out of chicken tenders. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. About five minutes later they delivered my salad, which I refused. We completed our dinners; the chicken sandwich did not arrive. After our empty plates were taken away, I sought the manager. A few minutes later, a deer-in-the-headlights person arrived and said he was the manager. We explained the problems, and he claimed it was only 10 minutes since we ordered the sandwich. We canceled the order and the manager said he would adjust our check. This man demonstrated no confidence and, in contrast to our server (Michael) who was diligent and caring, the manager gave the opposite impression. I also explained to the manager we were in a time crunch because we were going to visit a sick relative in the hospital. Many minutes later the server brought our check. It included a coupon we had and a 15% discount, but also a Heineken we didn't order. The server adjusted the check and we paid and left. While the quality of the remaining meals was fine, this was a travesty. We also observed the hostess refuse to seat a person dining alone in a booth around 8 p.m., telling him they saved the (mostly empty) booths for larger parties. The manager also did not care when I told him we were frequent customers and that I had over 3,000 Friday’s points. In short, a disaster, and poorly handled by the manager. Addendum-We tweeted, they asked us to email them, we did, left a call back number, we called social media cust svc was in a mtg ."

"I am blown away at the number of high reviews this place has. The only reason it wasn’t a 1 is because we didn’t wait long to get our food, and our server was nice. However, We should have left from the start. My husband and I ordered beers and they were SOUR! We know how those drinks were supposed to taste and that’s not it! We should have left then, because who screws up beer?! Then came our food… I ordered my burger medium well and I still cannot get the taste of burnt charcoal out of my mouth. Overall our food was dry and just gross. I had to ask for extra sauce to cover the taste because my sour beer was the only thing I had to wash it down with. This will be my first and last time ever stepping foot into a T.G.I. Friday’s. Absolutely awful."

"It was my birthday and I made reservations on Open Table, which were confirmed on the app. When we got there, I told the host. First he ignored me, and then went to speak my son and was going to seat him and his family. When I said to him again, we had reservations on Open Table he said I’ll be right with you ma’am, at which point I said, this is for all of us and he said oh...I don’t know what that is. I said it’s an app on the phone, thru which I made reservations. He said I still don’t know what that is. I then said will I get my points? He said I still don’t know what that is...but I’m sure you do. His attitude left something to be desired. Our waitress on the other hand when I asked about it at least took my name and the confirmation , and said she would ask her manager. I doubt anyone acidification anything about it, but at least she made an effort and was polite. I also had trouble signing in the Friday’s app while at the restaurant. I tried several time to reset my password, but it was only sent to me 3 hours later and I was not able to scan the code for my points after spending over $63 there. While our waitress was attentive the kitchen service was slow even though the restaurant was not very busy. The restaurant itself was quiet, although the recent remodeling was just ok, not much ambiance to be had. Date of service today 7/5/19@1:15 pm"
"I ordered 1/2 portion on the shrimp and chicken pasta and it looked like it was 1/4 instead of 1/2. Price of 9.50 for 1/2 portion is ridiculous. The full portion that my friend ordered was cold and looked like it should have been the 1/2 portion. Not satisfying at all for the high prices. Had to ask for silverware for all of ua. The other plates my friends ordered seemed to be okay. Service was not good...more like noncaring and no enthusiasm from the server and I believe a manager. I have no desire to return. It seems that things have changed....TGIF used to be good. Now it's not."

"We arrived on time for our 7PM reservation, but had to wait for about 5 minutes before being seated. The hostess then informed us that the kitchen would be closing in 30 minutes, which seemed odd since we had made a reservation for 7PM. We had ordered two appetizers; the whisky glazed chicken was delicious, but the egg rolls were disappointingly cold and seemed to have been frozen. Our server noticed this and took them back without any issue. Despite this, a dish of the egg rolls was brought out to us, indicating they were likely reheated in the microwave. We declined the egg rolls but ordered a cheesecake to go. The manager came to our table, apologized for the issue with the egg rolls, removed them from our bill, and even comped us the cheesecake. We appreciated the manager's response and the acknowledgment of the problem."

"They were not packed at all, but we were seated and were give 4 menus for 6 people because they ran out. Like what??? Then we wait for waitress who was helping another table we wait 15mins and no waitress and not even a word from them. The guy that seated us came over and said he would take our drink order since they are busy (no one was here) he takes drink order. Brings 3 waters back and we wait for beer. We wait another 15 mins still no beer or waitress or him with drinks. WE LEAVE. Horrible Service"

"First of all that make a reservation that they have online IS False! They don't honor the reservations online, Is false advertisement. If they don't do reservations why does it allow you to do it. Thinking I had a reservation I got there on time and they tell me they don't honor reservations and I have to wait 45mins. for a table. As I look around the restaurant there are like 25 tables empty and a lot of people waiting, I ask why are there so many tables they say because we only have 2 waitress. so they have half the restaurant close and only 2 waitress i the floor. This is the worst place ever! Very disorganize and they need to hire more employees. Instead of paying for such a bug space they don't use. I will never ever ever go bacjk to Frays and will tell everyone I know of the hobbler experience"

"I always been a fan of Friday’s, and I wanted my friends to give it a try. This was our third time going there and they love it. I love the friendly staff and they dessert are the best especially that Brownie obsession. I think my friends are agree with me, sense everything she have a reason to celebrate with always go to Friday’s."
"The portion sizes were small for the prices. Only two servers were working and we had to wait longer than anticipated for our food. When it finally arrived, it was warm, not hot. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were told upon arrival that they never received our online reservation. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes to be seated because the hostess was engaged in a lengthy conversation with who appeared to be a supervisor or manager. This lack of professionalism left me very dissatisfied with my visit."

"Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late."
