"The restaurant is generally consistent and good. This meal was a disaster. After ordering, we heard someone tell the adjacent table that the restaurant had run out of chicken tenders (at 7:15 p.m. on a Saturday). Because one of us ordered this, but were not told there was a shortage, we assumed we were the last table to receive them. When they brought two house salads, I noted that I had ordered a Caesar and the person took the salad back. When our dinners they told us they had run out of chicken tenders. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. About five minutes later they delivered my salad, which I refused. We completed our dinners; the chicken sandwich did not arrive. After our empty plates were taken away, I sought the manager. A few minutes later, a deer-in-the-headlights person arrived and said he was the manager. We explained the problems, and he claimed it was only 10 minutes since we ordered the sandwich. We canceled the order and the manager said he would adjust our check. This man demonstrated no confidence and, in contrast to our server (Michael) who was diligent and caring, the manager gave the opposite impression. I also explained to the manager we were in a time crunch because we were going to visit a sick relative in the hospital. Many minutes later the server brought our check. It included a coupon we had and a 15% discount, but also a Heineken we didn't order. The server adjusted the check and we paid and left. While the quality of the remaining meals was fine, this was a travesty. We also observed the hostess refuse to seat a person dining alone in a booth around 8 p.m., telling him they saved the (mostly empty) booths for larger parties. The manager also did not care when I told him we were frequent customers and that I had over 3,000 Friday’s points. In short, a disaster, and poorly handled by the manager. We took our grand daughter out for dinner. TGIFridays is always consistent as far as the quality of the food and the prices are very reasonable. We had not been here for a while so we were glad we decided to go.

the waitress inhojsha was very good! but don't eat so great! I ordered the dazzling chicken and garnel that I didn't think I would get a child's share for $20. I only recommend getting burger and beer there. should they remember that something was gone, how empty it was for dinner hastily on a Saturday night.

Met girlfriends for an early dinner. Had reservations but really didn't need them. Our wait staff Christine was cute and very personable....however, i was served a Caesar Salad with Salmon instead of a Cobb Salad with salmon. I didn't want to wait for another meal to be made since my friends had their's already. I took what came. It was tasty.

I stayed here on the way to my hotel (hilton doubletree over the street) as quite honestly some of the other restaurants such as wilmington diner and green turtle were closed at 8 o'clock (I got there at 19:45 o'clock.) I am glad. the service was great. eating was very good, pro recommended from the server, and it had a good mood when I saw some baseball and enjoyed dinner. this tgi Friday strikes my expectations and plan to return in the future. I have made an order online for order pickup. When I came here, I told them I was there for my pickup. After 10 minutes, nobody took it out. I tried to call four times and nobody answered the phone! I do not understand what the purpose of ordering money is if they will not bring it out! then I went in to get my order that someone went to me, gave me my order and never apologised about everything. very unhappy with the service! will go from now on to the other!

I go to TGI for the drinks... They have the best drinks... Not always the best food... But the bar drinks will never disappoint... They always have great bartenders.. you can actually taste the liquor in your drinks unlike most restaurants and bars... We had Mills as are waiter he has great energy and positive vibes... Very friendly... He makes you experience a great one... The mac and cheese is usually a hit... This time it wasnt very edible.. tasted like noodles.. looked good though...the ribs were all bones no meat.. cheeseburger is always a good safe choice...
