"Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late."

When we got there we were told that their open table reservations were down on the computer but that we would be seated fairly quickly, which we were after just a few minutes. They had very good deals on the food and it was pretty tasty. We were disappointed that they did not have any decaf coffee to go with our dessert. They said that their order had not come in. The appetizers was good, however the entrees weren’t as expected. My pasta dish lacked seasoning, flavor. My son’s burger was overcooked. We got charge a service charge bc it was more than 6 of us I would assume, the waitress stated that it doesn’t go all to her, but to all the staff members...totally weird and unusual. This isn’t the type of restaurant I visit often, so I almost expected it to be mediocre. The mango peach lemonade was great!

We had the chicken Caesar wraps. Very fresh and tasty. The chips are a nice touch. The salad in the sandwiches were very crunchy. Our waitperson was nice an efficient. The only thing I do not like is every time I go into this Fridays they give us a hard time about the Open Table reservation and points. They absolve themselves from honoring the program and waste a lot of time at the front desk explaining. Either they are in or out. Corporate needs to make a decision.
