"First of all that make a reservation that they have online IS False! They don't honor the reservations online, Is false advertisement. If they don't do reservations why does it allow you to do it. Thinking I had a reservation I got there on time and they tell me they don't honor reservations and I have to wait 45mins. for a table. As I look around the restaurant there are like 25 tables empty and a lot of people waiting, I ask why are there so many tables they say because we only have 2 waitress. so they have half the restaurant close and only 2 waitress i the floor. This is the worst place ever! Very disorganize and they need to hire more employees. Instead of paying for such a bug space they don't use. I will never ever ever go bacjk to Frays and will tell everyone I know of the hobbler experience"

I had to go inside to get our menus, the waitress took an extremely long time at the next table and did not recognize us after 16 minutes, so I went in to get menus to start our selection. Danish came out to help and did a wonderful work and received 25% top. thanks, Danish.

terrible service hostess has never welcomed us to sit (and restaurant was not busy at all) .. if we finally have a table, waiter over 15 minutes to take our drinks order .. we waited another 15 minutes and our drinks water and soda never came ... we went out ... personal does not care at all about service ... would not be back

The table was not ready the reservation was not in the system according to the young lady that greeted my family and I. She let me know the wait time for a table would be 5 to 10 minutes. False we waited for thirty minutes. Mind you the restaurant was not full when we arrived. I was disappointed by not having our table ready better yet not even having our reservation in the system. When I received my good it was cold.. and this seems to happen every time I visit this location.. The waitress never asked how’s everything, is there anything else I can help you with not did she offer napkins. My son asked her for the steak sauce she said okay and walked off as if she was going to get it so we waited 2-5 minutes and I looked back to only see that waitress having a personal conversation with one of her colleagues, so I told my son to go and get the sauce and then she handed him the sauce.. The silverware was dirty and had food on one of the knives smh.
