"We've dined at this TGI Friday's many times over the years and have found it to be a very good place for dinner (and every so often for lunch). The problem we had with this experience was NOT with TGI Friday's, but with OpenTable. When we arrived, the manager told us that our reservation was NEVER received by the restaurant, and that they have had numerous problems with the OpenTable reservation process. Luckily we had our e-mail confirmation from OT and also, by arriving at around 4:30 p.m., there was no problem with seating our group of 5. This appears to be a problem OpenTable needs to work out with TGI Friday's. As a result, we will NOT use OpenTable in the future for booking dining reservations here or anywhere anywhere."

We had a lovely waitress and there wasn’t a long wait time for our food. Perfect service!

Sat outside on the patio which is right next to the on ramp for the highway. A little bit of road noise. Overall was very good. The sizzling chicken and shrimp was very good.

unfriendly staff. the restaurant was empty, but it took 40 minutes to get there. there was something missing and we never got it. Nobody really cared about what happened. I don't see they're here longer.

Most people are familiar with TGI Fridays, so not a lot to say here! Our server was exceptionally on the ball, however, so kudos there! My steak was slightly overcooked, but it was still yummy. I would recommend!

Reservation was for 6:30 and we were seated immediately. Did not get our food until 7:45. I ordered whiskey river burger and fries and they were barely warm. Waiter was nice, apologizing for kitchen. Quality of food for $90 was poor.

It was busy, so that explains the slow service. The waitress was very nice and pleasant as well as the manager. They were out of shrimp cocktail sauce they informed me as they served my shrimp. The frozen margarita I order didn’t taste like most margaritas. It was a 3 out of five in dining.

"Phoenix Express has the best sushi in the area, hands down. It may primarily be a takeout place, but the prep and flavor are a step above. The guy who runs the place worked in a high-end sushi restaurant in NYC, and the quality shows. They even started giving you your order in a bento box, which is a really nice touch and is the only place I’ve seen do that around here. It’s a tad expensive, but the lunch special (3 rolls for $16) is worth it for the quality of food you get. If you’re here just for the sushi, it’s 5 stars, no question. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that a few months ago they installed a huge TV behind the counter that started running 24-hour news any time I’ve picked up my order. So now if you’re in line waiting to pick up your food you have to deal with the horrors of the world while you wait. The TV is faced towards the restaurant and away from the workers, so this ostensibly is for the customers’ benefit. In a world where the news is shoved down your throat on every device and screen you come in contact with to drive engagement, this feels like a bizarre choice and an ambiance killer. Everyone has a smartphone these days, and if you want to catch up on current events while waiting for your food you can easily do that. I doubt I’m the only person who finds this to be a major irritation, which is a shame because the food is incredible. When I see a TV at a sushi restaurant, they usually show something like a fishtank, or foreign music videos, or a street cam, something passive and relaxing. If they switch the TV over to something like that, it would be a huge improvement."
