"Oh boy. They would’ve done themselves a favor by just NOT opening today. One of the few places open in Christmas and we really wanted to watch the Basketball game, so we went despite the terrible yelp reviews. The three people they had working, and I don’t mean three servers, I mean three people-one server, one bartender and one manager type guy- all tried really really hard, but they were insanely understaffed. 2.5 hours and we got two cocktails, one appetizer and one hamburger. Saw at least five tables get up and leave, but like I said, we were really just there for the game. The restaurant was out of vermouth, and ketchup. Again, the folks who were working were very nice, but couldn’t save this sinking ship. The pretzel bites probably would have been good if they’d been even close to warm, and the wagyu burger was decent. The Parmesan fries had not a hint of Parmesan, so perhaps they were out of that as well."
